Such a great experience dealing with Francesca and Ian. Francesca was so helpful in the selection process, great at answering any of our questions and was able to show us other options we hadn’t considered.
My engagement ring is stunning! We are so happy with it.

A creative team with personal service…
A creative team who give personal service to each client. I love the way they respect the classic yet push the boundaries of creative design as well. I have admired their work since they were based in Kelburn. So a long association. On a more personal note, Ian Douglas was in the New Entrant class I taught in my first year of teaching, many years ago! I treasure a contemporary version of a cluster ring he made, and I bought in the Kelburn era. I have purchased, along with my now extended family, several beautiful items of jewellery we all treasure. Thank you.

The customer service was just second to none. Every step of the way was prompt and all my questions answered. Even when there were hiccups these were dealt with professionally and everyone was up front. I couldn't be happier with my ring, I wear it every day and because the process was so easy and pleasant I enjoy wearing my ring even more!
