Vilholdt arranged a taylormade trip to Iceland for our group of 7. Martin, our personal guide, is very experienced and knowledgeable about all aspects of Iceland. He is extremely serviceminded and made the trip very memorable.

We sent a request for a 7 day trip to Iceland. Vilholdt Rejser (Ingi Thordarson Vilholdt) responded fast - both by e-mail and by phone, and the service was personal customized. Vilholdt Rejser was very competitive and their focus was from start to give us the best possible holiday experience within the framework given by us and we ended having a detailed plan and guidance before our holiday.

Now that we have returned to Denmark after a fantastic holiday at Iceland and many life time memories richer, we can only conclude that all agreements made with Vilholdt Rejser was all successful completed and with a high standard.

A very flexible guide who is ready to adapt based on weather conditions and, of course, the group. Ingi is generally a nice person and it was a pleasure to be showed around Iceland by him!

We are a group of three that went to Iceland for the first time. We joined Vilholdt for a six day tour in February. Ingi is a responsible, flexible and nice guide. Weather forecast showed that there would be a big rain storm and the road would be closed on the first day of our trip. Ingi immediately met us in the night before despite it was already 9PM, telling us the situation and adjusted the schedule so that we didn’t miss anything. In fact, we ended our tour more than expected. Ingi knows Iceland very well. We had a great time and an enjoyable trip. I would surely recommend this company to my friends.

I went to Iceland with my parent and my husband in March, 2018. Ingi made a very nice plan for us. He not only let us see Iceland, but to feel and experience Iceland. Ingi introduced the history and geography. Took us to see glacier and ice cave, walk the lava field at Leirhnjukkur, listen the rough sea, hike for waterfalls, smell the rotten egg at Hverir, ride the cute Iceland horse, tracing the aurora etc. All these experiences are so memorable. Ingi took care of us. We enjoy every moment in Iceland with Ingi.

Ingi, the guide, is just awesome! We made a espetacular tour through the Icelandic South Coast. Everything was very well planned, so I could enjoy lots of wonderful landscapes. I strongly recommend this company.
