Why don’t they answer their phones??? They say it’s quicker to send an email & I have sent 2 over a week ago but have NO response! They NEVER answer their phones & when calling you’re asked yo leave a message - what’s the point when they don’t respond?? I bought a product which is useless as it bounces around when it spins & the mop threads pop up and splash water everywhere! DO NOT BUY THEIR POORLY PRODUCED PRODUCTS! Also, I notice they don’t monitor this feedback site and so they do not respond which shows how disinterested they are.

Vileda Product and Customer Service useless !
I purchased Vileda Windomatic vacuum shower cleaner, which after a year no longer works. The product has a 2yr warranty, but no way of getting them to honour this. I've tried emailing their support as well as leaving messages on their voicemail. No response. Don't buy from this company .

The worse company made for mops , avoid at all cost spend over 60£ on 2 mops recently and both broke after 10 uses . Absolutely terrible

Recently bought the Vileda super dry hoist rotary line from them. Line will not stay up, you can not speak to anyone on the phone. It takes them days to respond to e mails and you just get fobbed off. Trying to get them to take the item back but they are avoiding this. Would not purchase from them again.

Worst product ever made it's made to rust so you go buy one again thankfully I got a refund will never buy vileda products again.

I was given as a present a Vileda TURBO 2in1 MICROFIBRE...I used it this morning for the 1st time, it worked like a treat for 10mn then the pedal ceased to return up...I am sooo disapointed...has this been happening to anybody or am I just unlucky ?😵‍💫

Used mop bucket once , went to use it today and it’s snapped

Bought this as extra to my Vileda turbo spin mop. Thought the smaller head would prove useful.
It is completely useless. I thought I was using it wrong. I watched videos, but I was using it right.
The pole keeps unscrewing and for the life of me the I can’t wring the water out of the mop when the water is in the bucket. Even to the minimum line.
Good news is, the mop will be dryer when the bucket is used empty!

Mop head falls off everytime you fold it to use the bucket, they have changed the design since the old one we had and it isn't fit for purpose. DO NOT BUY

Very poor quality and expensive hand mops that break first use however I'd did buy their steam mom as I have mobility issues these days due to lower back and though it could do with being more powerful for stains grime and needs be half the price it is extremely light and easy to use and has been a life saver fir my back. The other good thing with the steam mop why I chose it is it leaves no horrible streaky marks like you see from normal mops

Vileda spray mop. I've been using vileda for a few years and this spray mop used to be good quality and robust. When the spray mechanism failed I purchased another one. It was immediately leaking and we had sadly thrown away the receipt so I couldn't get a refund. I thought we were unlucky and purchased another. Same thing !!!, I can't believe I've wasted money and time. Utterly rubbish product DO not bother. Vileda has clearly outsourced its production to a crooks or itself had given up on its own product. Given the number of 1 star reviews , this company shpuld look carefully at its product range and future

So iv purchased there Vileda mop and bucket, my experience has been mixed as the product is good however if you get a faulty product, that’s it, the Customer Service department is non existent, now one would think German design, fabulous but not on this occasion, the product I purchased was faulty from day one, but I thought I’d persevere, what a silly thing to do as the Mop comes loose from the handle constantly !!!!!! Currently I’m waiting for a response from them to see how they will resolve the issue, updates to follow !!!

Response from Valeda? Acted quick and professionally and replaced products within a short timeframe. Thank You for your very professional turn around in resolving your product, really good and efficient customer services, again thank you.

I’ve been using the Vileda magic mop for years.
I’ve recently purchased 2 replacement heads and they both literally disintegrated after 2-3 uses!
Both mops went like soft soggy messes after the first use deeming them utterly useless, had to use a further time as unable to get a replacement from anywhere and the soggy heads literally fell apart.

Clearly a cost cutting exercise, have requested a full refund from Amazon.

Vileda must be fully aware of the issue since there are a lot of complaints online
Will not be purchasing any Vileda products again.

Vileda Steam One steam mop stopped working after 11 weeks; didn't have the receipt unfortunately (Lidl digital, deleted automatically grrr). Ridiculous Vileda 'help' line blamed scaling - in Glasgow, the UK's softest water area. Took it apart and the O-rings on the mophead connection had failed. Didn't bother putting it back together, in the bin with the rest of the trash.

Their magic mop has an integral fault, the 'sponge' comes away from it fixing. Item replaced 2 or 3 times, refused to give refund

Bought a steam mop via Amazon just over a year ago, it was brilliant but it recently stopped working. Checked the Vileda website and they offer a 3 year guarantee on this item. Simply emailed them about the issue, was asked to send a photo of the serial number and a small video of it not working. Within a week a new mop was on my doorstep, no drama about sending the old one back. Couldn't have gone better. Thanks Vileda customer support!

Vileda wring mop and bucket … Absolutely awful , not the quality I expected , What has Vileda done as I have an older one needing replaced and purchased a newer one , but the bucket isn’t as sturdy it moves around causing me to slip , also wringing the mop the water splashes all over the place , it’s on the floor on my clothes etc , lastly the mop head is not versatile on non slip floors such as wet rooms as the mop head seems to stick and it flips over causing marks on Lino ..being disabled this mop and bucket is more hassle than it’s worth .., why oh why did you change the mop and bucket ? Trying to return so please get in contact with myself otherwise it’s a trip to trading standards as not fit for purpose

Vileda Sun-Rise outdoor drier. Thought buying an expensive dryer was a good idea but it was difficult to operate, didn't shut properly and broke easily rendering it completely useless after only a couple of uses. Could not claim on the guarantee as we actually broke the closing mechanism (this was easily done). Vileda failed to respond to my complaint to customer service.

Huge decline in quality, have been using these for years and they were consistently great, suddenly they have become absolutely use,es. They appear less dense and firm and they literally fall apart after a few uses. I persevered and replaced them but it keeps happening. They are not cheap, sadly I must advise don’t buy Vileda anymore if you want quality.

Bought two mops from here in the space of a week. The first broke when I tried to change the head. The second mop broke after one use, wouldn’t extend anymore. Absolutely shocking quality. I can’t afford to buy a new mop now and I have a baby that throws his food everyday. Now I’m stuck with a dirty floor
