Unprepared, unprofessional and Misleading Representative
Uninformed agent provided active misinformation to prospective buyers without prior research or site visits. Demonstrated a total lack of professionalism by sitting on polished oak worktops during the viewing.

I booked for someone to help do a viewing for me almost a week in advance
Nothing was done till the day of the viewing.
They came back saying that they have no one available
They’re also hard to get hold of by telephone. Their number goes to voice mail. You have to use web chat

Awful!
I usually don’t write reviews but my experience has been awful. I needed someone to collect keys, keep hold of them for a week and then hand over to a new tenant. There was no option for keeping keys for a week so I paid extra for a collection of keys and then again a 3 day key holding service. I needed the same Viewber for both. I had 2 cancel on me and a 3rd who said they can’t collect keys but will hand keys to a the new tenant. Made no sense at all. I tried calling Viewber but it’s automatic voicemail. Awful service. Received a refund and will go elsewhere

Viewber and Jess were really great
Used Viewber recently in Jan/Feb 2025 to gather information on a new Buy to (Lease) purchase for our company. Due to issues outwith our control, there were some cancellations and delays - none of it Viewber's fault I might add. Viewber were understanding, and the mini-inspection did eventually go ahead. The request was fairly bespoke, and time-critical, so there was a bit of too-ing and fro-ing - they persevered with it, and I wanted to give a specific shout-out to Jess in particular at Viewber's operations team, who was exceptionally helpful, attentive and efficient. We got what we needed. Thanks guys - really great stuff!

Nobody is responding to my online enquiry. There is no phone number to use for help. Used this in the past and it was good. Now it is unusable.
Update. The department I needed did not work on the weekend but did get back to me first thing Monday.

Worked with Viewber at the start
Worked with Viewber at the start, they paid okay and the jobs were good then they cut the payment again and again and then took away mileage. They keep sending me keysafe fitting jobs even though I asked numerous times years ago to remove my details as i have not worked with them for years. Very poor data protection and I wouldn't recommend working for them now.
