Brilliant Easy To Use App
I used Vidday app you do a video for my daughter's college graduation. The app and their efficient support team made everything extremely easy. They automated sending invites to family and friends to leave short congratulatory videos and when final I even made a keepsake video book for her so that these one in a lifetime memories stay organized and never get lost. I loved it so much, I can't wait to start my next video. Maybe I'll used it to capture my next vacation!

Very and efficient to use from the organisers point of view. A number of people had trouble recording directly to the website. But recording them uploading after worked well.

Had never heard if VidDay but in looking for a way to do a group video for birthday party, they came up and looked great! So, contacted them and went thru the steps to get started (contacts, etc) I saw they offered a "white glove treatment" wherein they would handle the editing, etc but with my final approval. I opted for that to lighten work for me. Their customer service is outstanding and very prompt...like Im-ing the responses were so quick and helpful. Given I am not technically savvy, they were helpful in assuring me. They kept in touch with me with updates/response videos and pictures submitted. I had a deadline several days prior to event so I could make sure we could view on TV. That too ke ME a moment but they tell you ways to accomplish that and when I finally figured out how to upload to YouTube, it was a snap. The video came out great and was enoyed by all. I would highly recommend them if you want to do a group video...big or small.

This was a pleasure to work with. Most impressive to me was the customer support. They were able to help me everytime I asked. One person had really poor sound and they were able to send the video to their tech department and improve the sound.
The process of making the video was VERY user friendly and easy to work with. Best of all, it was the BEST gift I could have given to my brother.

EASY and quality result
It was so easy and fun to make a birthday video for my husband. They make it easy to send out invites, easy for people to submit, easy to add photos, easy to add music, easy to create, easy to reorder submissions…everything was easy. I liked that it was all done from their website and you didn’t need another app (and neither did participants). Participants also don’t need to create an account which would turn off a lot of people. Pricing was clear. I was worried they would try to charge me more when I finished but nope, what they said was what they charged (mine was $30 for 18 min.) The end result was quality and we all loved it. Highly recommend!

I loved how seamless this service was to use, and the final product was perfect!! A local teacher was receiving a major award and not many could attend the event where she was receiving her honor. I was able to send a link around her school and district so people could leave their personalized video messages, helping her feel special about her big day.
