I have been ordering cloths from VICI for about four years and everything has been great until now.
There cloths were well made and their selection was
great. Since last year, who ever is choosing the cloths they now sell is horrible. Not everyone wants to buy crop tops. I use to be able to buy nice casual cloths for work but I can't do that anymore due to the type of selections they have to offer. the quality of their cloths are not the same as the last four years.
Unfortunately I am forced to find somewhere else
to buy most of my tops & blouses.
I really like VICI and the customer service is great but
they have forced me to have to find another online boutique to find cloths I can wear to work.
Horrible customer service and shipping rates! I ordered an item and paid $38 for standard shipping which they claimed would take 3-8 days, this was on the 27th March. When I reached the package, it said estimated delivery is 12th April! I contacted them and only got an automated response with no action! Don’t buy from these scammers!!!
This is the worst company I have ever purchased from - buyers beware! I was looking for an outfit for an event and found VICI on Google in February. The price for clothing was higher than I would normally pay, but since I saw good reviews on the website, I decided to take the leap. Everything started out fine until it took almost two weeks for them to ship my package. I received an email with UPS tracking saying the shipping label was created and it stayed on "shipping label created" for three weeks. I reached out to customer service multiple times and was ignored until I finally filed a PayPal claim. VICI said that UPS was at fault even though the package never left their facility, and told me that they "aren't responsible for lost packages" but that they would give me a "one time courtesy refund." Do not buy from them! The entire process was a headache and their customer service is a joke. I guarantee over half the reviews for VICI on this website are paid for.
Ordered an incorrect size on one item. Immediately emailed customer support and requested they remove that one item from my $400 order as I already placed a second $100 order with the correct size and additional items. It took 11 days to finally receive a response. They said no, unfortunately your order is being processed for shipment. My order status online shows 'unfulfilled'. Now I'll be stuck with the wrong size pant, and they do not offer refunds. Instead, I'll have to pay for the return shipping and only receive a store credit for returns. Really bad experience and I still have not even received my orders.
Although it didn’t start out as 4 stars, in the end I spoke with Angelina who was very helpful. I was able to get a refund for my items due to their system not being able to make changes to orders about 5 weeks ago.
WORST customer service I have ever seen. It is now 4 times I have contacted them, either by mail or chat, and nobody is answering my simple question : where is my order !!! It is marked as fulfilled on their website, while I have never received it, and the DHL tracking number doesn't give any results at all. Rather than flooding my mail box with ads and spam, how about you actually answer to your clients ???
Ordered three pieces. Two advertised in photos as white colored and it arrived lemon-yellow. One item was marked as delivered and sent but never arrived and customer service told me to re-order it! Unreal and a scam.
First time ordering from VICI and what a joke. It’s taking 14 days to process an order. Online chat assistant is a joke and I can’t seem to get a straight answer. Thank goodness I only spent $40. Buyers beware. Do not order from this company.

Who in today's world of online shopping doesn't allow returns back to the original payment? So beware of purchasing from this company because if your item doesn't fit, they keep your money. Absolutely insane to order from them if you don't know if something will fit.

Influencers who market this brand beware. Ordered a matching set under one purchase order. Size charts way off so it was too big. Ordered exchange which they approved. Dropped off and one piece was no longer in stock so only offered to refund one to original payment method and then store credit for the other piece - and created a separate P.O. for the one item left in stock!! If this is remedied I will revise my review. First time w VICI and NOT happy

I reached out to customer service when I could not locate my credit emails! Joel reached out immediately and located what I could not! With quick response the E-Gift cards were emailed to me! Thanks again Joel and VICI.
