Our guides Zach and Jesus could not…
Our guides Zach and Jesus could not have been more helpful or accommodating. True professionals with a passion for their clients to get the most out of the wonders of the undersea wildlife. The day we choose was a bit more choppy than it usually is but the crew made the most of it and picked some excellent spots to view all the fish, coral and a stingray. The ride is a short 10 minutes from the terminal. Well worth it and will book again if I find myself in the area.

Nathan was an excellent guide! I would recommend without question.
Nathan was an excellent guide. His knowledge of the local food and history were amazing! The food was delicious representing different parts of the history. He prepared us for each segment as we went along. Highly recommend Nathan for your next tour. Booking with Viator is easy no matter what country you are visiting.

Have used Viator many times throughout Europe. I know they are a third party consolidator but they stand behind their service if there are any problems. They also allow you to cancel up to 24 hours before a tour.

Booked a tour on 4th March
Booked a tour on 4th March, booked taxis to get us there and back to our cruise ship. 19th May, 8 days before the tour, we get a cancellation email, no explanation, nothing, just that it's been cancelled and we'll get a refund. Their policy states that if I were to cancel today, they would retain all the money, yet when they cancel, they don't get penalised. Terrible!

I was confused with the booking…
I was confused with the booking process, I wanted 2 tickets to the Anne Frank house but ended up booking the walking tour.
I’m happy to do the tour but would Also like to do the house on the same day.
