Just 4 hours before the match I bought the ticket for a Real Madrid home La Liga match on Viagogo. All went smooth. Got the emails. Got the ticket. Downloaded it. Great match. Great experience.

Avoid this site at all costs. Very dishonest and the system is extremely flawed. After being over charged for tickets they then removed several more hundred dollars from my credit card a couple of weeks later.

Viagogo is an extremely easy site to buy tickets on and I had an amazing experience at the AFL at the MCG. Went through all good and for a good price! I bought the instant download tickets and it was smooth sailing.

I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with this ticket website. The initial ticket prices already seemed higher than expected, but what really bothered me was the lack of transparency during checkout. Additional fees were suddenly added without any clear explanation, and unfortunately I didn’t notice them in time before completing the purchase.

Right after realizing this, I contacted customer support to cancel the order. To my surprise, I was told that cancellations are not allowed under any circumstances. The only option offered was to resell the tickets through their platform, with the condition that I would only receive payment after the event has taken place. Meanwhile, my credit card was charged immediately for the full amount.

To make matters worse, the tickets are not even delivered right away—they are supposed to arrive only a few days before the event, which leaves me with no real guarantee that I will receive them in time, or at all.

Overall, this experience feels very unfair and misleading. Between the hidden fees, lack of cancellation options, delayed delivery, and one-sided financial risk, the whole process comes across as highly untrustworthy. I would strongly advise others to be extremely cautious when using this service.

Less than a star. Misleading. Confusing. Unhelpful and even rude customer service. Accidentally bought two tickets to something as the wording of ticket sales is confusing. Tried to resell - even though at purchase I paid extra just for the option of resale/refund. Trying to talk through the process is like pulling teeth. Will not use again.

Worst site imaginable very complex to use. Not comparable with apple of any iOS and customer service via the chat box is awful they are useless and beyond rude. They get frustrated when you tell them their suggestions aren’t working and then proceed to tell you repeatedly “this is your problem not mine” and then they end chat before you have have even a second to reply

I purchased tickets to see Jimmy Carr over a year ago from Viagogo for $440. When it came to the day, i went to download my tickets and they werent there. I called Viagogo's 'customer' support and was told the seller no longer had the tickets - even though the seller had been paid for them???? So be warned - just because you purchase something, do not bank on getting what you paid for. VGG are hopeless. Will be getting a refund but prepare to be disappointed. Will not use ever again.

Seller was extremely great, and assisted me all through out. No complaints!

$65 dollar handling fee PER TICKET, vague description of seat location. 2 seats together and they are across the aisle. I did receive the ticket transfer. Absolute bullshit description of everything! I could've saved $200 and bought equivalent seats on ticketmaster .

They overcharged me for a ticket, didn't provide it to me, and then only partially refunded me. Definitely a scam, beware.

This was a joke to purchase tickets for AFL game we asked for 2 tickets got 1 that we said we didn’t want before purchase was made & they sent it anyway & then STILL charged us for 2 tickets being for standing room @ $196 we were scammed will NEVER use this site ever again the seller was completely arrogant

Tonight was supposed to be an exciting evening as we were all set to see Jimmy Carr perform live. We had purchased our tickets months ago, shelling out $515 to secure great seats close to the stage, all through a ticket resale company called Viagogo. After weeks of anticipation, the tickets finally arrived today at 4 PM—just a few hours before the show was scheduled to start.

Upon opening the envelope, I was shocked to discover that the tickets didn’t match what we had originally bought. Instead of reading "Section C Row G," they stated "Section 20 Row GG," with assigned seats 357 and 358. I immediately checked the arena seating chart and realized that these seats were nowhere near where we were supposed to be. To make matters worse, the ticket price listed was only $91, which was a far cry from what we had paid.

Frustrated, I contacted Viagogo for clarification. Their response was frustratingly unhelpful: “We’re so sorry for the inconvenience, but we can’t reach the seller to correct these seating details. However, we will issue a full refund.” I couldn’t believe it. After months of looking forward to this night, we were now left empty-handed.

So here we are, stuck at home, watching reruns of "Eight Out of 10 Cats," feeling utterly disappointed. What a letdown!

Complete waste of my time and $150 of my money. I was charged upfront for 3 tickets, received only 1 ticket and there was a non-existent customer support for me to resolve the issue with. My first and last time of using Viagogo. Feels like a scam operation.

Easy, and very user-friendly, love this app, booked a ticket for pierce the veil and when it came available they send it too me ahead of time, will definitely use this app again for bookings and tickets

Dont even bother with these clowns. Ordered tickets in the stand out of the weather, high up and had to chase for the tickets up until 1 hour before the game. Received bad seats on the ground floor in the open rain. Complained and they sent me a voucher for 1/4 of the price. As if i would ever use them again with a voucher. HORRIBLE SERVICE

Absolutely terrible site to use don’t bother go through Ticketmaster a lot cheaper I’m talking like 50% cheaper will never use Viagogo again

Even though I never received my original ticket for the Sunday event I spoke to George & he was able to get me a replacement ticket with good seats to be able to see the entire basketball court! Also when I spoke to Leigh on Sat after not being able to find the parking garage on Friday night, she was able to do an investigation & eventually she was able to get a refund for my parking for Friday night!

Very good service with issues with the tickets. Never had as good and responsive customer service. Thank you!
