My first experience with Viagogo was when I bought tickets for Ariana Grande’s concert in London. I bought the tickets in 2025. I was worried whether I would actually receive them, as the maximum delivery time was on the day of the concert. However, I was wrong! I received the tickets a week before the concert. It was amazing! On top of that, Viagogo has a very advanced AI help assistant that cleared up all my doubts. I highly recommend it!

Absolutely beautiful and stunning

Extremely disappointing experience with viagogo. I ordered tickets for Ariana Grande’s concert on Sunday 16th in Row C, only to be moved to seats at the very back of the arena because viagogo apparently couldn’t replace my original seats with anything comparable. The replacement seats were cheaper, and to make matters worse, they were restricted view, which was not clearly stated on my tickets. Once I arrived, I could hardly see the show.

The customer service was just as disappointing. One representative actually told me I should stop sending long emails because they “skim past them” and instead keep my emails short and to the point. That is an appalling way to speak to a paying customer.

I was initially offered a 20% voucher. I explained that I would much rather receive a 20% refund, as after this experience I don’t feel comfortable using viagogo again. I then received an email from another member of staff saying I would receive zero compensation.

Overall, awful customer service and a complete lack of accountability. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before trusting viagogo with your money or your concert experience. Very poor service from start to finish.

Excellent, from beginning to end. Communicated well throughout, tickets arrived via email in plenty of time easy to follow to accept. Everything’s was great and my daughter had the best night. Shame prices are so over priced for tickets but is what it is.

Easy to find and book tickets. They were delivered on time but the precise seats were not clear from the beginning. Would prefer if i had known the precise seats at time of buying and not when tickets were delivered

Very easy and smooth process, tickets purchased off a previous seller and were transferred over via AXS within the hour. Would use again

One of the best concerts I’ve been to. Amazing. Got the tickets for my wife’s birthday, made her day.

Nice and easy process the only thing I didn’t like is if I buy via the app why can’t the tickets just go into my wallet why do I have to now down load another party app just to get my tickets. Or further more just email the tickets, it’s just a QR code anyway, I find it annoying that you pay one platform and have to retrieve from another

Honestly was in panic mode for the best part of 10 months, had read horror stories online about people not receiving their tickets or issues at the door, however a friend had used viagogo before and said I had nothing to worry about (didn’t stop me worrying). Was absolutely delighted when the tickets came through a few days before seeing The Weeknd at Wembley. Simple quick transfer via Ticketmaster, updates were clear and got into the concert no issues. Would use again! P.s The Weeknd was absolutely incredible and we had the best time x

Tickets send just under 3 weeks before date of concert nice and simple transfer. Tickets worked on the day with no issues!

I got the tickets at a great price for the area we were in! And the event itself was the best concert I’ve ever been to! It was so hype! Highly recommend the venue and Cortis!

I’ve always been really scared to buy from Viagogo but after a bit of research, I brought from a trader and an AXS transfer ticket. It was exactly what I hoped, the ticket came quickly and let me into the arena no problem. Very pleasantly surprised

I lost my email with my order number,it was found and resent very quickly. Great service. And my tickets to a call to gather was amazing

Easy to buy tickets and transfer of tickets went through swiftly the same day. Easy to access the tickets through the O2 app.
