Great products from an amazing shop that backs all their products. Customer service is the best in the business, they take care of their customers. I have been a customer for the last couple years and I have a collection of vape devices, some purchased from VGoodiEZ and I’ve purchased numerous accessories from VGoodiEZ and aside from a couple small issues that customer service immediately resolve, my experience has been perfect. I appreciate having a place to shop that has products you can’t find anywhere else, that help enhance your experience.

I recently purchased the Core 2 0 Bundle from VgoodiEZ and I couldn't be happier with my experience. It showed up as always within a week, and after using it a few times I found there was a defect in the glass causing it to clog extra fast and making it not feasible to use it the way it was. After reaching out to theirs awesome customer service, I told them about my issue and they contacted the manufacturer and within 4 days I had a brand new replacement glass top with no defects and it's been working amazingly ever since. I have to give VgoodiEZ 5 stars and a positive review for this, as I've had issues in the past with vaporizers, particularly after you used one, where other companies demanded videos or made me go through the hassle and time shipping the bad one back then waiting all that time in between to finally get the one I needed. The people at VgoodiEZ and Shenzhen Crossing have always been great to deal with and I'd highly, highly, HIGHly recommend using them for all your cannabis vaporizing needs.

Their customer service is bar none, unmatched. They went above and beyond in solving a mistake that was ultimately my own fault. I was unaware initially, but through their helpful customer service we were able to figure out the mistake, how it had happened, and they were very helpful in getting it resolved.

If I could rate this company 0 stars I would. Don’t waste your time with this company. They flagged my account when I questioned whether they sell genuine merchandise.

The vGoodiez customer service team is second to none. They answered my questions and suggested options to meet my needs. When their glass arrived cracked from shipping, they promptly sent out a replacement.
The cell with drop down adapter are a great combo for the ruby twist 👌. (You may need to add a rubber or silicone band to the drop down stem for proper height.) 5☆

They have everything you could need for your medical Herb needs from full devices to the nuts and bolts. Just make sure you know what you are ordering. With a small family business it can Be difficult sometimes to get the right thing sent out or explained the difference in sizes, sometimes things get mixed up or misunderstood, but they are great at their job and rock the customer service aspect and making it right. They had my tinymight 2 purple 💜 heart fixed up and sent back with the quicks, Now I'm thinking of sending in my second tinymight 2 since it's not hitting as hard as the one they repaired and it's driving me nuts. I even tried recalibration

Bro! My atomizer stopped working out of know where. Contacted support thru text. 2 hours response time. Went back and fourth. He said go to the email support. I broke down atty. showed video, followed all suggestions. Best part, all said and done, they sent me a new atomizer. Best part it just came 10 min ago. It’s the 5d xxl chamber. Bonus upgrade. One rip bruh, 😎 faded!!!!! Big ups to VGoodiEZ!! There support was amazing, never blamed, never questioned, consistent, and timely. I think they might have beat out puffco support sssshhhh🤫🤫🤫🤫

VGOODIEZ has the best customer service in the world. They repaired my device and replaced it with new parts going above and beyond!

I ordered a concentrate cup for ispire and it was packaged so well there is no way it broke in the mail, it was broken before it even left their house and put in the package that way cause the other piece of glass that was broken off was NOT in the package meaning they intentionally put broken glass in the package and shipped it to me! This scumpany is a scam!! They deliberately send broken glass out the door and don’t even check it before it is sent to prevent this. They then refuse to send a replacement or a refund!! The owner Scott is a pos he talks down to you and calls your names in emails making you feel like you did something wrong when the only person doing wrong is him. He has no accountability no common sense and doesn’t care about his customers at all. He forces his teenage sons to fill all the orders and pays them below minimum wage, it’s shameful! When the glass arrives broken he WILL NOT HELP YOU! he will issue a refund if you are lucky and then tell you to kick rocks and go find another company. He will make up all kinds of excuses why he doesn’t care to take care for his customers and doesn’t think he should ever make any situation he caused right by doing the right thing. He will always talk down to you and belittle you no matter the situation.

SO BUYER BEWARE!! Don’t waste your time ordering from Scott just to be treated like trash when you receive broken glass they drop and break and still send to you. You will be lucky if you receive a refund and don’t have to fight for months with your cc company to get your money back!

The shipping was also slow and took a week and a half! Just to be sent glass that was broken before it left their house and they WILL NOT SEND REPLACEMENT!

Ohhh and they run this entire site out of their basement so don’t expect any fast shipping.

Be ready for a lot of lies and deflecting when you read any of their replies to reviews like this, people like Scott think they are smart but you can always tell they are lying when you read all the nonsense excuses in their replies. Or how they try to claim they refunded you when they didn’t. Beware of these scumbags all they know is lie lie lie, deflect deflect, that’s why he lost his corperate job.

This is a family ran business, they do everything they can to make sure that customers are served with respect and accuracy. I won't turn to another supplier for any of my vaping needs. I broke a glass piece a day after it arrived because I dropped it.. I reached out to them asking for a discount. These guys just shipped me another one! They actually respond to questions and issues. They go beyond. I hope y'all are around for the long haul!!!

Vbaddiez! Home of the scammers! They sold me used old scuffed and dented bzero kit! Refused refund, gives excuses, run-around and now fighting with me through emails for 6 months! Very bad people avoid! Read other bad reviews looks like I’m not the only one who expereince bad customer service! Don’t buy from these scammers!

Vgoodiez was super fast getting my order out shipping it out the same day I ordered. My order was missing an item and Vgoodiez responded with in ten minutes of reaching out, and sent out the missing item. I was supper impressed with how fast they responded and got my order out. They also answered all the questions I had thoroughly and quickly.

I had issues with the glass accessories fitting properly. Customer service person went from being dismissive to flat out rude.

The same person has also harassed me online for sharing my opinion about the incident.

It’s a shame, they have a nice selection - but I will never shop with them again because of how poor their customer service is.

These folk are really passionate and knowledgeable about the craft. The site is a tad old fashioned but really good products, decent pricing, good sales(check on holiday's), amazing customer service, fast shipping. The occasional star of an appreciation post on r/vaporents

Asked for a refund for an item that was clearly over a week late, supposedly still in transit but any decent company would refund me for late delivery, instead I got hung up on, and recieved several angry emails saying I'm an impatient inconsiderate spoiled brat for asking. Tho they did reluctantly give me the refund, they get 1 star for that. But buyer beware, you will be left waiting weeks for your items and be treated poorly for asking for any customer service. Also recieved several angry calls, all before I had time to block them. They literally dedicated their day and the next to insulting me and they are complaining about a 20 dollar refund when they admitted to me people spend up to a thousand on some orders. Clearly they aren't missing out on anything if they so choose to not take my money but I offered if it did arrive to pay them back. They get another star for giving me a free item but 3 knocked off for treating their customers like utter garbage. Never have I experienced such disrespect over something so small. Will not be coming back as they hardly have anything good on their site, very niche. Dont harass your customers or call them insults over a refund if you want to stay in business.
