I’m disappointed with my experience with Veteran Nexus Advisors. I made a simple human error when scheduling, and instead of showing any understanding or flexibility, they refused to reschedule. For a company that works with veterans and families dealing with sensitive, often emotional situations, I expected a much more professional and compassionate approach.
I had already paid $100, and despite that, they showed no willingness to work with me or provide any reasonable accommodation. For a service that claims to support veterans, this rigid and dismissive approach felt extremely unprofessional.
Based on how they handled this situation, it left me feeling like they may be more focused on collecting fees than actually providing meaningful support, which is concerning. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend their services.
