Very cheap bracelets. I immediately wanted to return but no response from customer service at all.
Bracelet broke within 3 days and customer services have not replied to fix this 2 weeks later.

Very very poor quality of the bracelet, it looks extremely cheap.
I already contacted the customer support 3 times and once through instagram about how to return it, but no reaction so far.
I recently purchased a beautiful wristband from this company, and initially, I was very pleased with it. Unfortunately, after just four weeks, the wristband became defective. I have attempted to report this issue, but despite multiple attempts to contact the company, I have received no response. This lack of communication is very disappointing.
We have used local Florida and California companies and they over-charge, do not follow simple instructions AND never meet time lines.
