If I could give 0 stars I truly would, the most uncaring disrespectful money robbing agency ever known ! I would never ever recommend this agency to anyone looking to rent. They will do anything they can to take money from you but anything you need you’ll not get a response. once you’re in it you’re stuck! the staff honestly need to all be sacked if I could name names I would. Have been really useless dealing with our flat. Reported broken chairs 10 months ago, property manager accidentally ordered 1 instead of 4. Was told other 3 will be ordered, now ignoring all emails asking for an update. Avoid

I am sorry to say that i have had a horrific experience of this company for my property management for the past 4 years. I have 3 properties managed by them and they have consistently made all manner of mistakes including (i) putting the wrong rent amount and Management fee % on statements resulting in wrong amounts being credited to my account (ii) for no reason and following no instruction randomly paying rent into wrong accounts time and time again (iii) not informing me that their % management fee would move from monthly deductions to yearly one time lump sum and taking that ahead of service charges that come up on the property (iv) not paying service charges to the extent that i receive notifications and letters from debt collection agencies (v) NOT PAYING RENT into my account when due, and it takes for me to go through every single bank statement against each property and then lettings statement to work it out and i barely get an apology to name but a few issues. It has been really really bad, and every quarter or so i end up spending a whole day going through each rental property and sending them an email listing so many points against each of the properties. it completely defeats the purpose of paying for the management of the property when what you get is the complete opposite, MIS management of property and you incurring your own time and expense to resolve it. I do not trust a single statement i receive or money deposited in my account and i have to check every single one when i have very little time. Avoid at all costs,

Awful experience with this company, moved into an apartment 11 months ago and had nothing but problems ever since as they clearly weren’t vetted properly to ensure they were habitable before letting. Once you’re in the property they couldn’t care less. I have made multiple reports of all the issues over the past year and nothing has been fixed. The most prevalent issue has been having intermittent hot water (tepid at best) that has now for the past week been nothing but freezing as the boiler has given up completely and quite frankly so have I. Knowing there is no hot water and the boiler is broken I still been left without a fix in place while the staff at vesper enjoy their weekend where they are uncontactable. They did also fail to mention until after moving in that the company building the apartments went into administration before they were finished, if I had known this I would have never moved in. Don’t use if you’re not a plumber, electrician or builder that can finish the property yourself because you’ll get no help from vesper no matter how much rent you pay.

Don't even worth 1 star, would give it 0 star if I could! The worst agency with no manners!
