Horrible service! The order returned back and I haven’t got any information about returning process. I write to them so many times and have no answers! They don’t returned my money back! So, please, don’t buy anything from them! They are scammers

Horrible!!! The order I received does not match what I ordered, and the product they sent me is much cheaper than what I ordered. No response to all the messages I sent them for 5 days. I do not recommend, scammers!!!!

I got fake product!!! The product's logo is indistinct, the perfume's lid is broken, and the packaging of the product is different from the one I received earlier. I demand a refund, but no one has contacted me..

VESIRA is a scam website. They are already reported to the police. Careful!!!! WARNING!!!! Not to buy. The products they advertise and the ones they send you are not the same.....but they keep your money. VERY CAREFUL!!!

Very disappointing experience. I received my product already opened and resealed with a simple sticker. There’s no way to tell if it’s new or has been used before. On top of that, the customer service is nonexistent—no response to my complaints. Very bad experience, I wouldn’t recommend it.

I think this websibe is not trustful. Probably they sell fake goods since they are not authorised distributors.

I have ordered couple of fragrances from Vesira and received my orders within 2 weeks or less.

Have ordered 5 times and no complaints. Wasn’t sure if Vesira was legit when i made my 1st order because i never heard of them but rest assured fellow fragrance enthusiasts. Genuine original bottles at a great price. Fully recommend ordering from Vesira

Couldn’t but praise site , easy to use and this is my third if not my fourth time to order from them .. All products were as I had requested .. no complaints! This time my order was bigger as I very happy with the products .. I live in Ireland , it takes awhile to get here but not that long ..Delivered today 27/2/25 .. Couldn’t but recommend them ..

Scam, they don’t send the items, they don’t give you any news, it’s been 2 weeks now and no one is answering anymore. I wonder why this people behind their computers replying like parrots are paid. Basically paid to do nothing

Fraudsters haven’t delivered my item and ignoring my emails about refund and/or delivering of item

Please stay off this shop, they are fraudulent. You ordered for A they will send you a cheaper B and ask you to pay for the returning.and again manipulate it on their website.

Extremely Disappointed – A Company to Avoid at All Costs

I am absolutely appalled by my experience with this company. I placed an order for two products, and to my dismay, one of the items was completely wrong – not what I had ordered. I immediately reached out to the company via email and through their website, hoping to resolve the issue, but I have received no response whatsoever.

It is clear to me that this company has no interest in addressing customer complaints or standing behind their products. I feel completely ignored and taken advantage of. Not only did I not receive the correct product, but the lack of communication is completely unacceptable.

I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this dishonest company. They have shown no regard for customer satisfaction, and I have been left with no resolution. Save yourself the frustration and money. Shop elsewhere. This is not a company you can trust.

I've enjoyed this discontinued perfume for many years, and when I saw it here on Vesira for a bargain price, I just had to buy it. For anyone not familiar, this is a muskier and more avant-garde version of Tom Ford's Tuscan Leather. It has a very subtle metallic 'flavour' that makes it all the more unique. Blood Concept are not at all as scary as the name, and other reviews, might indicate. They make some fabulous fragrances!

Great to deal with. I got what I ordered, well-packed and in a reasonable timeframe. Highly recommended on my one experience.

Samits disgusting service, no information about the order, the order was made on 2024.10.03, no order was received or refunded

⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️I placed an order on June 14th and according to the information on the website, delivery would take 3 days. Did not happen.

Fifth day and nothing.
Sixth day and nothing.
Seventh day and nothing.
......only arrived 12 days later.

On the delivery company's page, the order status is always the same - order created and hanging - it does not indicate when the delivery will take place. The purchase was for a birthday and I asked them not to exceed the deadline, but they didn't care. There is no chat, they do not answer telephone calls and only email but takes two days to have an answer - and actually the answer doesn't help at all. Be very afraid of this e-commerce. And the shipping is done by a worse company than this one - CTT Express, read the reviews. I recommend shopping at Niche Beauty, they are always correct.
