Poor customer service
All would have been good except I got sent a new customer discount voucher and it wouldn’t work then when I emailed to ask about it no one replied. Actual product is nice.
Update: just got a refund for the discount amount as a response which is good, tech issues rather than unhelpful company I guess!

Arrived very quickly and in brown paper bags with lovely handwritten note on there -nice touches (was hand delivered as I’m local - no doubt more robust packing when going through the post)
