This is the second time I have ordered from Very Craftea and I am very pleased with the quality of the tea. The choice available and ease of use of the website are good and delivery was reasonably prompt (only the current situation held it up). I thoroughly recommend.

Quick delivery, good value for money. Absolutely banging flavours. Best tea I've ever drunk, hands down.

I can not rate Very Craftea highly enough. Tas is THE best at customer service and really knows her teas (and always learning more). Tas makes me feel kike a friend, although I am an insignificant customer (in terms of sales). I am far from a regular customer (I would love to be, I need to up my tea game). I buy from Tas for gifts for my family and her knowledge and advice is great and makes buying super tasty teas so easy and stress free. Anyway, back to the customer service ... Tas packages her deliveries beautifully qnd goes to great lengths to make sure you get what you need and you definitely will not get the hard sell, Tas likes to let the customer lead and sells great sample sized packs of tea for you to try. Never have I been made to feel awkward about only ever buying the sample bags. In addition you can follow VeryCraftea on Social Media and sign up to her newsletter. You won't regret it. There is nothing dull or salesy about her media presence. Tas likes to engage online and Email in way that makes you feel like you have been friends for years and just having a chat. It really is a joy to see updates from Very Craftea. They are warm, uplifting and informative.

Very nice tea making set

Delicious and comforting Teas! My orders arrived by post within 24 hours and I was so pleased with them I sent some 'you're tea-riffic' post cards with tea tasters to some family members who are in lockdown. They are all very pleased, thank you :)

Very happy with my purchase! I ordered a bunch of samples for testing and it’s safe to say that I will be reordering once I run out. I haven’t had a chance to try them all yet but Coffee Truffle and the oolong tea are my strong favourites! Delivery-wise it took 4-5 working days to receive my order which is very good considering the current situation. I’m happy to support an independent brand in this difficult time as well. Thank you Tas, I’ll be back! :)

I bought the tea hamper for my mum for her birthday and she absolutely loved it. There was plenty of selection and the tea pot was perfect size for her. Delivery time was excellent. Will definitely recommend.
