very let down by appalling delivery compnies
very is let down by appalling cowboy delivery companies, be it yodel or " we lose EVRI parcel" or inpost. as with many online shops it has become a waste of time, and internet shopping now unfit for purpose.

Shambolic delivery
Slow delivery in the first place then delivered to the wrong locker location, apparently redirected without my consent, meaning I ended up walking two miles to collect it rather than it being a short stroll from work. Really poor, will be wary of ordering from here in future.

Complete shambles
To be fair, it was very poor as I opted in for impost I received an impost on Thursday of a duvet set so I was still waiting for a man’s jacket. I never had an email from either impost or Very to say that it was in store it was only because I viewed my account and it was ready to be returned even though I didn’t know it was there so all in all I found this very stressful and disappointing.

The person I spoke to was rather rude. I got my query dealt with but I didn’t like his tone. I didn’t like the way he kept telling me off for not knowing what I was doing as I’ve never had to use my very protect policy before.

My account is more difficult to access than other accounts. My first order did not arrive on the date specified and still hasn’t arrived three days later.
A lengthy process to access a human being but when I finally did she was very helpful. Gold star for her but very disappointed with my first experience with the company.
