Good service from Vertical Blinds. The blinds we ordered fitted perfectly. However if like us you have a RSJ that was impossible to drill though you need a wall mounting brackets.

We ordered vertical blinds for my kitchen but unfortunately we did not measure correctly & they were to short. Fortunely we took out the surefit guarantee & were able to get them replaced without any hassle. Special thanks to Maria for all the help she provided. The blinds look great.

Easy to fit and use
The mounting clips were easy to mount and the rail clipped in easily. The slats were easy to hiik on. The control stick was great for opening and closing, and twisting to alter the angle. An overall improvement on the old ones which used a loop of string to open and close, and a plastic blaa string to alter the hanging angle.

I had a problem with the brackets
I had a problem with the brackets. The delivery company lost them. The company sent replacements immediately also the blinds are really nice. Just as promised. I had ordered a swatch earlier so that was really useful to see texture and exact colour. Thanks guys.

Everything went smoothly.
First, I'd highly recommend you send for samples because the colours on the website don't really reflect real life. Unfortunately I missed out on the discounted offer that was on when I first looked at the blinds online because I sent for samples, but they are sent out very quickly and I received them within a couple of days.
As I chose free delivery (another offer) it was about 10 days inc weekend before they were sent out but I was kept up to date with delivery information and they turned up on the day promised. They are well packaged and easy to install following the video that shows you how. I was pleased with the quality of the fabric. All in all a good experience.
