This company is bunch of fraudsters. I had a terrible experience with company. Isaac and his team are laiers. They took my money and never run my campaign and never return my calls. Please stay away from this company.

They delivered what they promised, with a very good results and leads

I started with the 24/7 program but I wasn't getting enough leads. I asked the account manager Adam to change the list of keywords, and he did. After a while I was facing the same issue. I asked Adam for other solution, he suggests that he want to take the lead and run the campaign from their end and I agreed. They run a keyword list that they pick - since they are the experts - and am getting the leads I want since then. Yes, it took some time for them to optimize the campaign but eventually they are doing a great job.

By far the worst agency i used.

I was promised 7,000 additional clicks on my website in 1 month running an adwords ad.

3 days into it i got 0 clicks at which point i contacted the account manager who was never introduced to me only to be YELLED at!

I was promised it'll start working in a week and that I'll receive a followup call which never happened.

One month into it and still at ZERO additional clicks. Asked for a managers number to raise a complaint and heard nothing.

Ineffective, unprofessional and complete waste of time and money

We're very happy with the work that vertex advertising has done. They absolutely met our expectations thank you guys for the great job.

They did not do a good job as a start but they kept trying and got me exactly what I'm looking for

This company is scam and fraud. They stole my 1300 GBP for nothing. They promised to run my add 24/7 with unlimited clicks and traffic and also promised to send me daily reports. But once i paid them they started to ignore my calls and emails and never delivered what they promised. Jake is the biggest thief in this company. Please avoid this company.

Worst services ever!

we had a contract with them for google ads.
They did not provide any support from the start of the service.
No proper reports were provided.
We were not able to reach them nor make any changes in our Adwords plan.
No reply to messages nor emails.
After the payment was done, they hardly contact once or twice in 3 months.

We booked Vertex to brand 2 of our vehicles. For both jobs we were asked to prepay.
The first branding was done to an extremely poor standard. The studio managed to put only half of the vinyls, trapping air making bubbles in the process, as the rest just ripped. Vertex promised to rectify the matter but, a few months later, and after constant chasing are yet to do ANYTHING. They even stopped replying to our emails.

They were also to refund the branding of our second vehicle, but again NOTHING.
