We were entitled for 200€ sofortbonus for DSL internet contract with Verivox in Germany and could not receive our bonus in time.
However Verivox ream managed to solve the issue and promised to pay it within 2 weeks.

Regarding your cashback request: Regrettably, we cannot detect any correspondence or submissions from you in our systems from the beginning of 2023. The Verivox cashback can only be allowed, as stated in the order process, if the associated invoice from the provider has been submitted to us within six months. Do you have proof of this or a corresponding copy of the emails you sent us that are still within the deadline? If so, please feel free to send them to us via email to "bewertungen@verivox.de" and we will check your request and get back to you as soon as possible afterwards.
Regarding your negative service experience: We are very sorry if you, as a loyal Verivox customer, did not feel that you were in good hands with us. Our service as well as our mediation services are aimed at German-speaking people, but within the scope of our possibilities we will also help at any time if you prefer to communicate with us in another language. However, we cannot guarantee that this will be the case. For example, our website verivox.de as well as the order processing, order documents etc. are only available in german language.
