Verifone UK Reviews 

Very worried at the moment that I won’t get paid out. Took some transactions on Saturday expecting to be paid out on Monday. It is now Wednesday I had to ring Verifone to find out why I haven’t been paid out and was told they are having service issues with paying people out. They have a record of my transaction but cannot assure me when my money will go into my bank account. Obviously I won’t be taking any more payments until this is cleared. What I don’t get is why I have to ring up to find out they’re having this type of major problem. They should email people. This is obviously a huge thing as who knows how many people is money and how much they have got in their accounts that is not being paid out come on verify that you should be doing better than this
UPDATE. The issue has now been dealt with I have received my money and it was handled very professionally.

From the moment I made contact the customer care and service has been excellent. Always immediate with a response to any queries and despite my questions being really rather basic always had patience and time. Received the terminal promptly and will definitely recommend Verifone. A personal mention to the guy Duran who made the process seamless.

Amazing this great looking terminal is totally reliable, and replaces my old push button version, this is so easy to use and is connected to 4G which is obviously faster, I use it in my taxi, one charge will last 3 days but i charge it every day, i work nights so needed a nice screen and this certainly is perfect for me..

I enquired about a verifone payment terminal, initially late Friday afternoon and was very pleased with the service provided by Arutha, he was very proactive and kept me informed throughout the process, and the application and checks were completed by Tuesday. Extremely happy can highly recommend.

Excellent service from Rob Price and colleagues at Verifone. Rob guided me thru application process, documents uploading, verification and on-boarding with ease. Our new machine is functioning smoothly and staff are very happy to use it compared to our previous unit from another company, it was slow slow to connect, keeping customers and staff waiting.

Shambles of a company! Have been with them for 2 months and nothing but issues, (12 yrs with my previous processor, with zero issues) customer service and tech reps are lovely, but have no clue what they are doing.
AVOID at all cost, you'll regret this, trust me.

So straightforward to get up and running with these guys. I dealt with Robert Price who always came back to my queries, got me the best transaction rates and a great price for machine hire.
Had a horrific experience with my old Merchant provider Elavon so was nice to get sorted so quickly.

First got the card machine was told next day transactions and they were to be fair until a big transaction went through then they held on to the money for about a week, put bad relationship with my customer over this. Cancelled my contract today and was told no refund on machine ( obviously new that was coming as they like to keep peoples money ) very dodgy set up in my opinion. All the help desk say is it’s being looked in to but I cannot see why your transaction hasn’t cleared.!!!

Brilliant company with an awesome staff and very helpful via telephone and email communication, terminal is very nice and modern like an android phone and can email and print receipts to customers too, wish the online portal was modern like sumup portals otherwise a great machine and company.

Cherise was helpful and answered every query i had. The card machine was easy to use and processing the payments in a middle of a field was quick and easy,no chasing a signal. I would recommend Verifone UK to anyone looking for an electronic payment provider.

So far all good! I’ve just received my machine and look forward to having it up and running. My representative is Duran who has made the process very easy from start to finish. There was absolutely no pressure to go ahead, but he’s been there whenever I’ve had any questions!

Great help and swift. Cherise was excellent from start to finish and customer helpline very fast too. Looking forward to taking sales on our two new machines at a much lower cost to our previous provider. Thanks Verifone would not hesitate in recommending to anyone either small or large users.

Rob was super helpful and supportive from the get go. Went through the whole process with me and was always at the end of the phone if I needed confirmation on anything, which made the process really easy.

Robert was very helpful when looking to switch from my current card reader to verifone sent the brochure out so I could see what I was getting and the options I had and the service was very quick. Set up was easy and if you have a problem you can talk to a human it’s really that good.
I’m now ready to trade thank you for all your help.
