Extra cost because they were an hour late

One hour late. Had a mover to help me but they had to leave so then I needed one of the verhuisliftflexibel guys to help me. They still charged me for the extra person even though it was only necessary because they were late. They never called to give updates on their time. They were done in 40 minutes but still charged for one hour. 160 euro in total. 2 stars because they actually completed the work well but they are really unreliable with the time and should not have charged me for the extra person. I definitely do not recommend them.

The most unprofessional service

The driver didn't show up in time. Then, he started to mention that it was not possible to be in place for long time (completely nonsenses). At some point he was even threatening because he wanted to be paid for 1 hour but he was in place just 20 minutes.

One of the worst customer service of my life!
