Extremely incompetent people with no organizational skills
I wish I read the reviews here before I started my membership. Everything they promised (collective agreement discussion rounds, works council participation rights, legal protection, unlimited legal advice) ----- is false. Nothing is fulfilled. I hated being a member here.

Paid for 4 months, paid more than enough, and now they want back there benefits, because i have resigned, And resignation period is 3 months..
Doesn't make any sense, Never in my life again.

Good, fast and efficient service. Also in English.
I'm really glad I joined Verdi as they have been extremely helpful and fast in assisting me with several issues.
From legal advice regarding my work to doing my tax returns, which was done in 2 days!
The fact that they have English speaking employees makes all the difference to me, as my German is quite limited.
All communication with Verdi has been via email which is my preferred method.
I have even received updates/support after business hours, which to me is excellent, as this is extremely rare.
The negative reviews seem to be 99% from people who are not even members or used Verdi's services and are just frustrated about the strikes that they have organized.
