Excellent Experience
As anyone, I had worry about falling into the "hair mill" trap, however, Vera Clinic did not disappoint.
I was referred to this clinic by a friend who had a great experience and results, so I had some piece of mind there prior to booking. That said, I was still worried if I made the right choice. Those worries disappeared.
From the very early booking stage, Vera clinic was highly professional and answered all my questions in full, as well as made it very easy to book, make pre-payment, and confirm my travel plans.
Upon arriving in Turkey, the pick up at the airport was seamless. Clear instructions and very efficient. I was at my hotel in about 1 hour from landing in Istanbul!
The hotel was great - my only feedback here is that I wish it was closer to the clinic as it was a 20 minute drive away - and not the nicest area for exploring (the area close to the clinic is by the water and much more beautiful for taking a walk/exploring). That said, the hotel room was great quality, very comfortable, and breakfast at the hotel every morning was fantastic - full buffet with anything you could want.
From the first day I stepped into the clinic, I knew I made the right choice. I was greeting by my translator immediately, who made me feel very welcome and comfortable. There was barely any waiting time to when I had my first consultation and Exosome treatment with the doctor on day 1.
Operation day was even more smooth - and just as professional. It truly felt like top-tier treatment (I really don't see how it could get any better). From first speaking with the doctor to getting my hairline designed, to the procedure, it all went very well. The doctor gave me very realistic expectations of how many grafts can be safely harvested (vs. how many I wanted) - so even though I will likely need to go back to do my crown area (we focused on front hairline and top), I was thankful for the realistic advice the doctor gave me during my consultation - better to focus on the front and top for max density, than to spread the grafts out too thin across the head, or to over harvest. Great advice.
Post surgery day was excellent. I came in for cleaning and to receive oxygen therapy. Feedback here that if you have sensitive ears, it may be a bit painful for you - so ask if there is an alternative (my ears are still recovering form the hyperbaric chamber pressure).
During my exit discussion, they clearly outlined all the post care and provided me with my post-care products.
I'm now 14 days post op and everything is looking/feeling great! The clinic has also been very active in connecting with me via whatsapp to ensure i'm following the post op protocol to a T.
Overall, I would highly recommend Vera Clinic for anyone looking to do a hair transplant. If you read "hair mill" claims online, just take some pause because I can tell you first hand, my experience was very very good. Just because a clinic is popular and has a lot of customers, doesn't mean they're a "hair mill" - it means they do great work and know how to market & advertise themselves (which Vera definitely knows how to do).
I look forward to going back to Vera clinic in a year or so time!

I had my hair transplant at Vera Clinic about 4 months ago, and so far everything has been progressing very well. Overall, I’m satisfied with the experience and results so far.
The service throughout the process was very good, and the facility was clean, modern, and professional. The airport pickup and drop-off arrangements were smooth and well organized, which made the trip much easier and stress-free.
A special thanks to Merve Tolu for the support and communication throughout the process. She was very helpful, responsive, and made the overall experience comfortable and organized.
The follow-up and aftercare support have also been very good. The team regularly checks in on my progress and responds to questions, which I appreciated during the recovery process.
It’s still early in the journey, but after 4 months I’m happy with how things are progressing and looking forward to the continued results.

I had two hair transplant procedures at Vera Clinic in Istanbul — one in 2024 and another in 2025. Now that some time has passed, I feel I can give an honest review based on real results.
I’m very happy with the experience and the results so far. I had work done on both the front hairline and crown area, and after about a year since the second procedure, I can clearly see the difference. The hair looks thicker, the hairline looks natural, and according to the clinic the result can still improve more with time.
What stood out most to me was not only the procedure itself, but also the follow-up and support afterwards. The staff has always been kind, professional, and quick to answer questions, even long after the surgery. You don’t feel forgotten once the operation is done.
Overall, it has been a very positive experience from start to finish, and I would definitely recommend Vera Clinic to people considering a hair transplant.

Great experience with Vera Clinic staff during my hair transplant
Before my hair transplant at Vera Clinic, I was guided and informed by Samira, my medical consultant. She was available, informative and very professional. My questions were answered satisfactorily and I was eventually convinced to do the hair transplant. My pick up from the airport to my Hotel was well organised. The driver looked friendly. Checking in took a little longer; Samira intervened.
On the day of operation, everything was well organised. The welcome at the entrance of the Clinic was warm. My interpreter, Ebru was friendly, patient and professional. She informed me about each step and procedure beforehand. My questions were fully answered. The doctors/staff at Vera Clinic who handled me were friendly and very professional. My suggestions were considered. The atmosphere was quite relaxed. Cleanliness was topnotch. The equipment condition appeared excellent. The gentleman consultant, after the hair transplant was also friendly, informative and professional.
My pick up from my hotel to the airport delayed by 40 minutes, but I still arrived at the airport in time to catch my flight. The driver was kind.
My Post-OP is also going quite well. My consultant, Burcu is also professional and answers my questions satisfactorily. I've had a great experience with Vera Clinic staff so far!

A worthwhile experience for sure
I had a great experience (apart from the syringes — bloody syringes, haha).
As others recommended, I did my research. I got quotes and information from places like Vera Clinic, and everything pointed to this clinic. I decided to go for it, and they helped me throughout the entire journey while I was in Turkey. I'm still in the post care phase, so we'll see how that will go.
Clinic was super clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to the doctor when I was introduced to products, laser treatment and hair wash and the male translator who was assigned to me.
The two things that bothered me though:
- finding my taxi when leaving the airport building exit-13 that wasn't smooth sailing for me
- post care products should've been told in details before the procedure (price and general details). Unfortunately, I wasn't able to go for them at that time.

I visited Vera Clinic in Istanbul in October for both a hair transplant and dental work. For the past six years, I had been cautious about my teeth due to gaps and discoloration, and I wanted to boost my confidence. At the same time, as I approached 30, I was experiencing hair loss, so I decided it was time for a transplant.
In the months leading up to my visit, I conducted extensive research on different clinics, as I was very anxious. However, after reading other reviews and speaking with the medical team at Vera Clinic, who patiently answered all my questions, I felt reassured. I was assigned a dedicated medical advisor, Mukremin, who gave me immense confidence. He was available day or night, answering every query, and stayed in touch with me for three months before my trip. They provided a detailed medical plan for both my teeth and hair, which was incredibly professional and built so much trust.
I traveled to Istanbul in October and stayed at the Elite Hotel, a fantastic five-star accommodation. From the moment I arrived, I was treated like a VIP. The clinic organized luxury transport from the airport and hotel. The staff, medical advisors, interpreters, and the entire team were outstanding. I especially want to thank Dr. Mumin, my dentist, who was incredibly fantastic. He gave me my perfect smile—one that has brought me so much confidence. When he was treating me, the entire process was pain-free. He was so attentive, making sure I was happy and confident every step of the way. After all my treatments, I was assigned a medical consultant, Merve, who has been my rock—keeping me updated on my progress, answering every post-procedure question, and ensuring I had all the support I needed. The clinic itself was just beautiful—so comfortable and a fantastic experience overall. I truly cannot fault the service or the care. Vera Clinic has changed my life, and I can’t thank them enough for their exceptional support.

Terrible experience dealing with Emre and Vera. I paid a deposit which i was told was refundable. I asked for my deposit back as my siutation changed and the person Emre i was speaking to suddenly turned un proffesional mis spelling words kept saying iTs SeNt 3 weeks ago they said its been refunded to my bank and kept saying everyday we will send reciept tomorrow too which they lied about 5 times saying this. I would highly recommend Vera clinic in Istanbul. The service I received was second to none. My medical consultant Zahi was fantastic I was looked after the minute I got off the plane. He was in constant contact and everything was explained in great detail. My aftercare specialist Burcu was also brilliant in following up post surgery and is always there to answer questions. Absolutely fantastic clinic.

Highly recommended Clinic!
From the very beginning when I first came across information about Vera Clinics I decided to contact them. I received an immediate response from my actual medical assistant, Zehra Okmen, who shared details regarding the hair transplant techniques and procedures, she was incredibly helpful. Every detail and piece of information she provided matched exactly what I experienced when I traveled to Turkey and visited the clinic on the day of the surgery. I truly felt well-supported by the entire team of assistants, and especially by Burcu who was highly professional during my post-operative recovery phase.

This is my second time around visiting Vera Clinic for a top up on a hair transplant and as always they have been very professional and honest. My first transplant 8 years ago was very positive and i was really happy with the results. This time around i went to get a top up on a area which was not previously done. For them it is more about customer satisfaction than making money. Through out the process they've been very helpful explaining everything step by step. Il be going back again in the summer to have some dental work done as they cover all aspects of surgery. I would definitely recommend Vera clinic for anyone thinking about having procedures covered by Vera.
