I have contacted this company a few days back on their Toll-free no. but the kind of unprofessional and insensitive attitude that they had shown actually inspired to do more research about this company. With the kind of attitude that they had shown , I could easily get a feeling that they were ready to promise moons and stars for money. Their main aim was to extract money through me,any how , even if that by making false unrealistic commitments.
When I further researched about this company, I realized that this company has got numerous customer grievances spread across on internet. I further contacted some members of " Association of Private Detectives and Investigators" which is Registered and most respected All India Association of Private Detectives and Investigators (APDI). In fact , the Association has not even granted membership to this company due to its dubious and fraudulent behaviour.
If any of their customers has any grievance against them, they can contact APDI in person and file a written complaint against this company which will be kept confidential by them and the customer will be provided full support without revealing his details. This Association through its members will also ensure that no harm or blackmailing is done by this company to the affected party. All complaints against this company will be forwarded to the SSP/Commissioner of Police of the respective area in person and the customer will also be guided for filling a case against this company with the Consumer Forum.
If you are reading this review and already affected by the fraud committed by this company, please don't feel scared of being blackmailed and contact with the Association in person.

Very dissapointed experience which i had from this fraud agency they didn't even work and dealt with the case in depth and just demanding for their money every if and then atlast they only care about there money.I will suggest everyone before giving your case please verify the agencies background then only rely on them for your money and time to be in proper hand for your well being.
Atlast akriti Khatri please don't create a fake professionalism image of yours to gain the clients and then bully them with ur facts which hampers them.

They are the top cheating and the cheapest detective agency in Delhi. They are not like gadget equipped Detectives, all people working here are non- experience with no basic courtesy to deal with client who charge less amount only for gaining clients. Frustrating experience, at last i did lot of job of collecting photos for my evidences trust me. Approach them only if you are ok with losing your money and have lots of patience

This is a fraud detective agency. All their 5 star rated reviews are fake and have been posted by their own team. We contacted them thinking that this detective agency is owned by a female Akriti Khatri, only to realise that she is the biggest cheater on this planet. She has swallowed my whole hard earned money. I trusted her and paid her in advance but she stopped taking my calls after paying and when you call them from other no. Either they disconnect after hearing your voice or start abusing and blackmailing.... Appeal to all who read this review to beware of this company and never never never hire them. Being deceipted is worst experience ever.

Venus detective is the most untruthful and cheater detective agency. It starts like that it will give you more than 100 percent but once you made the payment it's almost impossible to even talk with them. Both key pillar akriti khatri and pankaj(Husband and wife) are making money just by fooling people who need their help.

In my case, I broke up with my girlfriend, and she broke all the contact with me and also switch her company. I thought to search her and try to convince her again for our relationship. I search on the internet and found the first search result on google I thought that these would be the most efficient detective agency that's why their name is coming on top. I explain them my case and they ask me rs 50, 000 for their services. They assure me that they will find her definitely irrespective of what time it will take. But once the payment was done the sales girl from their team stop picking the call. Later I found the akriti number but she told me the money that you deposited was only for one week for further enquiry I need to deposit more amount, and for my current project status report and effort she gave me a number of pankaj. I called pankaj he told me that he tried everywhere but didn't found her and for further enquiry and to get the current report I need to pay extra. I call akriti again to share my current task report at least for that she said pankaj will call you and share. Pankaj call me same night near about 10 pm. He appeared to be drunk on call and ask me not to call her wife(Akriti) again. And he told me that he found my girlfriend and will share the detail only after I give him 25000 more. After a lot of discussion and negotiation, he agreed to 15000. I pay him but even after that, he stop picking my call. I try to call him by different number but once I introduced myself he disconnected it. I try the same almost 15times with a different number but he didn't talk.

I live in mumbai and can't come down to noida to fight them for what they have done with me.
