Venus straight up ripped me off

I shopped with Venus for years. Recently their quality has gone down. Further, recently I had an order with super late delivery. When I went to return it they told me the return window was already closed! How can the return window be closed when the item , literally just arrived. I got ripped off and then told to kindly go to $%((. The customer service agent really told me to take a hike. I have probably spent over $30K with them across time. I will never spend another dime. Maybe they should teach their customer service reps not to be hateful to their customers.

SHOW MODELS I OF ALL SIZES!!!

I just received your Fourth of July catalog. Very disappointing! The models you “ Select” are all tiny. The most common sizes in the US are size 12-14. If you want women like me to purchase, PLEASE SHOW MODELS THAT LOOK LIKE US!!! It is unrealistic and NON- SUPPORTIVE to women! GET REAL!
* If you sell up to size 16 or higher, why would you not have “any” Women modeling STYLES THAT FLATTER THEM? Styles look way different on someone that’s not so tiny. I’m not sure if I’m gonna shop here anymore?????? I don’t want to feel bad about myself because I can’t fit into any of those tiny Bathing suits and clothes you show. I buy at least 3 to 5 Bathing suits a year plus cute coverups.
PLEASE SHOW FASHIONS FOR REAL WOMEN ALSO, THAT ARE STILL STYLISH!! I ordered a sweatsuit in an XL. I ended up needing it in a large. Yet, I still have difficulty shopping in your catalogue? Why? Thank you

Overall great experience

Overall great experience. A little tricky to guess the right size but I'm a petite so most companies don't have petite size charts. Delivery was fast and tracking was on point. Love the colors and versatility of items just wish there were more color/pattern options for each item

Terrible shipment of orders and customer service

I placed an order # 65321773 back on April 16, 2024 and after almost 3 weeks I am still waiting for my order. The shipment of my package has not progressed since April 19 (last departure scan in Windsor, CT)!. I cannot get in contact with them as all my emails to them keep coming back with delivery failed. 

As I did NOT receive my order # 65321773 I ask Venus company to send a refund ($73.93) and confirm the refund.

There was a payment issue they auto…

There was a payment issue they auto system and I was told 2 times I was a liar and I made the mistake the payment didn’t go thru and I was charged a hefty late fee and they wouldn’t remove it . They did give me a credit of 15.00 when they charged me 29.00 and 2.00 for interest I was never informed this happened . Until I got the bill . I did talk to a customer rep and a supervisor. I did call bank but because they gave me the 15.00 the bank that holds the credit card wouldn’t do anything . When I made the made the phone the system did say the right bank no so I don’t know what happened . I should have been notified by them but I wasn’t . Not right to do people that way .

Was a faithful VENUS shopper but Style

Was a faithful VENUS shopper but Style, Sizing and cost has changed dramatically. No longer have clothing , shoes or accessories for a stylish, curvy, professional. I guess my faithful shopping era has ended. VENUS is no longer an online shopping option unless I loose my curves and style anytime soon. Why such drastic changes- and PLEASE tell me where the older buyer went with all the cute items so I can go to that website and shop.

I been buying from Venus since year…

I been buying from Venus since year 2016 and every item i have ever bought fit me perfectly. I would love for some of their old clothes to return back on the market.

NEVER ORDER FTOM VENUS

I used to order dresses and swim suits for years frome Venus. This past year I had to send back 4 of the last 6 items because of very poor quality of item. They refused to pay for shipping return. I will NEVER order another item from Venus. Their clothes are such low grade quality now, and you looose money shipping to and from. DO NOT ORDER from this company. Y

Absolutely terrible customer service…

The customer service from this company is terrible. We live in Canada and I ordered 2 swimsuits for me partner. At checkout I discovered that I was going to be charged almost $50 import duty. My partner really liked the items so I decided to go ahead and purchase. After ordering she reminded me that some other has a mailbox on the US side and delivery there would avoid the duties. Within half an hour I contacted Venus to advise of the change of delivery address , they said it was too late as the order was completed. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. My partner is disappointed with the items, average quality and almost double the price she would have paid locally. Will never buy from this company again.

I placed an order back in March 2024…

I placed an order back in March 2024 and I am still waiting on my order. I can not get in contact with them and I can no longer track my item. My email to them keeps coming back delivery failed. My item from America and is now in Germany and I’m in Australia. Very disappointed. I have now sent them an email. Wait and see what happens

Horrible returns Venus used to be such easy returns

Venus used to be such easy returns. NO longer. I’ll never buy from them again. I was on hold 20 minutes when their customer service number they didn’t include any return forms in the bags of the clothing, then I was on the phone another 30 minutes just trying to process to returns for two shirts that were huge. This is the only way they return things and then they take a 695 fee out just to get it returned to your credit card. This is absolutely a horror now. I would not shop with Venus anymore and it’s too bad it used to be great. Buyers beware!

I have been a customer for decades

I have been a customer for decades. This last order, 3 items were not satisfactory. 2 shirts (same shirt, different colors) were too big and I wanted to exchange for a small. 1 color was available in a small, the other was not and I was not given a choice to choose a different color in small or a similar style of shirt.
1 shirt was exchanged, 1 was refunded.
The 3rd item was a denim “mini” skirt. First of all at my height, nothing is “mini” on me but I knew that would be the case. But the stretchy denim material was awful, it looked like it puckered or had waves down both sides. DEFINITELY not a keeper, I would have been pleased to “exchange” for another pair of the cute shorts that were in my order BUT once again, not an option. I was trying to hurry and get this exchange/return done so I could place another order for more of those cute shorts in several colors, the shirts in a smaller size in different colors and my husband requested a few casual skirts. Then I noticed the “return fee”…..$6.95 because I didn’t exchange everything…..hmmmm, I would have given the choice. $6.95 was the price for a long time customer to never return again.

Absolutely love the clothes

I used to be a happy customer of Venus…

I used to be a happy customer of Venus for 7-8 years but my opinion has changed on seeing how they are with their so called Happy Returns. Its great that they decided to finally be like many other online shopping, such as Amazon , SHEIN etc etc but the huge difference is , even though you return in the original package and on the same day of delivery, they charge you a fee of 6.95 and tax lol Everywhere else you get a full refund and return it in the same manner! So I’m not interested in using a company who charges fees for returning your product .

Had a good run with ya and was finally happy of being able to take my return to UPS like other companies until I saw that you charged a fee . Buh bye … no ty!

I have only returned 2 of their items ever. It’s the point, you’re an online distributor, we have to see it first !

Great experience

The shipping speed is pretty standard, not incredibly fast but not horribly slow. Everything was packed nice and neat. Shopping the site is easy, both on my laptop and on my iPhone.
