Kind delivery men
Kind delivery men. They had to lift my sofa up two stairs, both with a curve and they made sure to get the job done. The delivery went quickly despite the hurdles. The sofa looks great but the cushions were not included during the delivery unfortunately.

The best thing from the process was the delivering. Finally a website with a link that works. Able to track the driver and 20 min. before arriving I received a phone call. 2 Friendly gentlemen delivered the order at my door. Perfect service!

€90 for a return. Don't trust "money back guarantee"
Terrible. I bought an armchair that I decided to return (nice, but so uncomfortable that it’s unusable). I was very surprised when they charged me €90 for the return. At least the website says “30-day money-back guarantee.” Never again.
