Customer service was great and delivery was quick (albeit expensive and no notification of delivery), even during the covid 19 pandemic. Product quality was ok (a bit on the cheaper side) and colour was slightly different to photos online but for the price was acceptable and hard to tell the difference once up on the wall! Was slightly hesitant at first as saw them on Instagram but would defo recommend if you are looking for home products!

Very disappointed with my purchase and customer service experience. Purchased two Cove shelves which arrived with damage on the straps. In addition the shelves did not sit flush to the straps as advertised, even with objects/ weights on top and look completely different to the images on site. Very poor quality and design. Having got in contact with customer services with no response, on my 4th attempt, I finally got through and was told that my 6 photographs as evidence were not enough for it to be deemed faulty and I was to send the shelves back to them for review. I was very reluctant to do so as once I’d sent back there was no guarantee someone would check the same shelves or respond. It’s now been over 2 weeks since they were received back and I’ve had no response. I’ve followed up with 3 emails, all have been ignored. All phone lines have been shut down and live chat disabled so no other way to contact other than through here. I was previously told by the customer service team that £100 wasn’t a lot of money to the company which as a customer I find quite insulting as any money, particularly in current times, that a customer parts with is a lot to a customer and the expectation is that you’ll receive a product as advertised or at least be able to get in contact for a refund. Would not recommend this company at all. Very poor experience.

Quick delivery. Unfortunately my item was slightly damaged but they resolved it quite quickly.

Beautiful contemporary furniture that is sustainably made with some great offers and excellent customer service who were really helpful.

Sofa is really comfortable, was a bit concerned about buying online but it was so easy and the furniture is very good quality.

I ordered a rug which came in good time. It unfortunately arrived a little dirty though and was quite a bit pinker than I anticipated. I contacted Vênoor to let them know and was told the rug was dispatched in ‘excellent condition’ and that it is described as pink on the website, in the finer details part. Admittedly I had missed the small print about the pink tones but the title was Chalk White Rug. Since then they have offered a 10% refund and changed the title. Other than this I’m happy with the rug and it is beautifully made.

Very stylish and exactly what we wanted. Very high quality wood looks fantastic. Only issue was that the predrilled holes Didn’t align with the legs so unable to put all the screws in the legs. Still very stable though
