Hotel security/staff stole my jewelry from my room!
I usually love staying here. This time at the Palazzo, I had a piece of jewelry stolen out of my room by the staff and the hotel did not back me on it at all after conducting a “thorough investigation”. It was just very disappointing to say the least.
Even though I'm a local
Even though I'm a local, I stayed because I could walk to the Sphere. Yes, everything for tourists are overpriced but you pay for convenience and the experience. It's not the nicest but certainly not the worst. Good value for the money and I'll stay again.
BEST HOTEL on the strip
Amazing hotel, great resturants,, lovely rooms the service is amazing best hotel on the strip and i’ve stayed at 8 in total

Venetian Las Vegas is a lovely hotel the rooms are comfy and large.
Two issues, the food court prices for pizza and burgers are very expensive for what is poor quality of food, and the security guards can be a little racist, so just be mindful that as a person of colour you won't be treated the same as everyone else.
Horrible place to stay
Horrible place to stay! Crooked card rooms and pit bosses on the take! Save yourself a bad experience and stay somewhere else. Even better, just stay away from this place entirely. Maybe if the parent company looses enough income from the poor customer experience, they will fire the entire management staff. What happened to the old ways of what Vegas was built on, customer service! It’s why people use to come here. This new ideology of Vegas is going to fail. I can’t wait to see these places go up in flames. Kind of sad because it’s such a nice venue.
Best Hotel in Las Vegas
Whats an amazing place, Rooms are stunning , restaurants amazing, staff always helpful and smiling, best hotel i’ve stayed at for sure, would highly recommend
No Running water and refused to transfer room
My international friend check in the hotel and went around to explore Las Vegas. When they get back to the room, they found out that there was no running water and the unit. They contacted the main desk and complained about it. The hotel representative brought them to a different room to shower but refuse to transfer them to a different room and only offer them tax discount and free drinking water! Is This how you treat international client ? the inconveniece of not able to wash your hands , shower and even flush the toilet for a cheap inconvenience fee of free tax? BULLSHIT

The Venetian is a very very big hotel Centrally located on the strip. You can even ride a gondola from the front of the hotel
We booked in to a luxury king size suite which I have to say was amazing. staff are helpful, not sure what the food was like as we didn't eat in
we stayed there end of July 2022 but this system wont let me go back that far. its been a very busy few years, this is the first chance I've had to sit and review.
Toilet blocked
Toilet blocked, bags took forever to arrive at the room and the second bed wasn’t even made.
Found the whole experience really disappointing. Definitely NOT worth the money. Stay somewhere else and visit the hotel amenities.

Stayed in the Venezia tower and was totally disappointed. There no way this is what a 5 star hotel has to offer.
The rooms are nice size. But they are poorly lit. The furnishings and decor are cheap. The bed was not comfortable. Even the robes and slippers are cheap. Had way better at the Vdara. There's nothing in the room that remotely says this is a 5 star resort.

Definitely recommend and would recommend book direct as best prices.

The Venetian at Las Vegas proved to be…
The Venetian at Las Vegas proved to be an excellent choice. All staff members were courteous, friendly and professional.
The accommodations were all very clean and neat.
The only negative issue is the lack of notice to not touch, let alone use, any of the products that are prominently displayed on top of the entertainment credenza.
The refrigerator is clearly marked when you open the door, but there are no such warnings above.
There is also a “no courtesy water” policy that we found to be disconcerting as the humidity is so low, out thoughts were parched every morning.
2 bottles of water per person should be offered at no charge.
Stayed here one night on a recent trip
Stayed here one night on a recent trip. I was able to check in early and the room was a good size and clean. The room was better then other hotels I recently stayed in Vegas so no complaints there. The hotel seemed empty but since I declined a upgrade I think I was out facing a undesirable view. The rate was decent and I felt the room rate and value was ok. The Resort Fees are what loses a star for this hotel. The resort fee was about the same cost as the room rate. Used none of the so called included amenities that resort fee includes. Just a extra money grab and I really don’t like it. Yes almost all hotels in Vegas use it but it’s shady.
Rude and threatening Casino employee
"Venetian Las Vegas is known for their professional staff and superb service." This is false. I have never felt welcome here, especially on the Casino floor. This one particular table dealer, Jian, did not reflect any of the values Venetian highlighted. Jian was very rude and gave me an uncomfortable glare. Jian thought I didn't understand her mumbles but she was secretly hoping I'll lose my money and leave the table. What type of service and dealer are you hiring at Venetian? I have never experienced this type of unprofessionalism and never in my life been treated like that. This employee, Jian, was unwelcoming, even threatening and made me feel incredibly anxious and uncomfortable. The reviews about rude employees are 100% true. You just got lucky if you didn't come across any during your stay. I wish it didn’t have to come to this but I truly hope Venetian Las Vegas can be better moving forward. This is not acceptable. I hope Venetian will do a better job training and keeping their staff accountable for their actions. Until Jian's removed, I will never stay or gamble here again. Rude and employees lacking in basic morals and characters is alarming and bad for any business.
