When did trust pilot become the damp for angry customers? Its quite a surprise to see a bad review bombing.

Customer support almost never answers but the most irritating thing is the censorship in private messages. They have employees watching in real time word triggers and then censor whole messages that they think are going to 'hurt' their commission. This is a not seen in any other similar app plus I think it even might be illegal.

As a seller, terrible, you guys have the audacity to charge both the buyer and the seller processing fees! There's better sites to sell stuff with cheaper shipping and processing fees, and NO WITHDRAWL FEES.

One of the worst online marketplaces that I have experienced. You cannot even have a conversation with potential customers because their so-called 'Detection System' flags half the messages as if they contain information that could facilitate trading outside the Vendora platform. They also charge very high commissions on every sale.

Bunch of amateurs think they can be Ebay overnight.
Very unpolite in comms and very unfriendly emails sent.
Have no idea about technology, the support is ridiculous from really bored people as they base their answers on ready-made copy/paste answers from some templates they have so that they can get rid of you...

What in the actual fah a mf called anonymous scammed me for 25€ as he reported me for many things that I didn’t do and I got banned.Moreover it took him more than the timer that is said to complete the steps for the order and I never got my money back.DONT BUY FROM VENDORA

Unprofessional scammers and the worst marketplace site there is. No real customer support, and they only care about their own profit.

When it comes to damaged items or transaction problems, they always shift 100% of the responsibility onto the seller, and pretend they know nothing.

I send an item in perfect condition, but then they blackmailed me to accept it back broken and pay for the return, even though the damage was clearly the fault of their own shipping partner. Otherwise, they would keep the item and block my account. This is pure extortion!

By far the worst platform. They operate like it’s “their way or the highway”, sending ultimatums saying “we decide, we command”, and if you don’t obey their rules to the letter, they just block you without appeal.

Stay far away from this site. I sincerely hope they shut down for good, and as soon as possible!
