I'm generally very critical when it comes to writing reviews, but in this case I'm compelled to give 5 stars to Vending exchange. Honestly they generated leads for my business at fairly low price point and when things don't work out they are first own it and help you out thru getting finding another lead.

This is great service for people who have very low money but want to enter Vending industry. They certainly lowered the barrier to entry in this space.

Keep up the great work

Vending Exchange Review

I would like to share some observations based on my personal experience with ROBERT PATTERSON INC., AKA KICKSTART LOCATIONS, AKA VENDING LOCATORS 360, AKA VENDING EXCHANGE, which potential customers and locations may find useful when making their decisions.
Website Security Concerns: There have been past issues with website security and outdated websites, including a potential data breach on July 19, 2024. I recommend verifying current security measures to ensure your credit card and personal information is fully secured and protected.
Business Practices: The refund policy for vendors may not meet all expectations. It's advisable to thoroughly review the terms and conditions before committing to any agreements.
Workplace Environment: From my personal experience, there were concerns regarding the internal culture and management style and practices, including issues with internal theft of leads due to a flawed assigning system, inappropriate behavior, and bullying. Prospective employees might want to inquire about the company culture and policies on workplace conduct.
Pricing Structure: The pricing for leads appeared extremely high relative to the time it took to gather the information (up to $10,000 for less than 5 minutes of effort). Vendors may wish to compare pricing with other providers to ensure competitive rates or explore alternatives to secure locations independently.
Vendor Vetting: The process for vetting vendors might not be as rigorous as expected. It's important to assess the quality of service and reputation of vendors independently.
Social Proof: There seems to be limited publicly available feedback or testimonials except for negative reports. Seeking additional reviews or references could provide more insight into the company's performance.
Management Transparency: In my experience, the owner instructed me to represent him as the VP rather than disclosing his ownership role which to me is another big red flag and I have to ask myself why is he hiding?
Final Thoughts: Based on my personal experiences and the treatment I received from the ownership and staff, I do not recommend this company as a cost-effective option for new or existing vending operators looking to grow their routes based on all of the above. Additionally, I would caution locations seeking vending services, as my experience suggests that the company may not thoroughly screen their vending service providers. Overall based on my personal experience, this company does not operate with my same standards of honesty, integrity and professionalism.
