Watch out for event insurance
Watch out for event insurance.
Overall, the seat selection was clear and user friendly. What happened was at the end when I was unable to make my purchase without selecting the event insurance. The purchase button wouldn’t go through, I thought it was frozen and started clicking around to see if other things would work. The second I selected event insurance, the entire purchase went through without having to select the purchase button again. It’s an intentional design choice and I do not think it’s ok. Watch out.
