Best customer experience ever!
I have been to the shop and have now ordered online and both experiences are flawless, people are extremely nice and the products get delivered in extremely rapid speeds.
My most amount of praise comes from an issue with a manufacturing issue from an accessory I bought. It was what seemed like a small issue to probably most other shops, not to mention the manufacturers fault, but they got on it extremely quickly, called me and wrote to me and politely guided me through various options of solutions. In the end it was a relatively simple fix I could do at home. However they still apologized for the inconvenience and SENT out a gift just to compensate for my inconvenience - by far the best experience I have gotten from any sales team. Will most definitely go the extra mile to order from them again, you are highly valued as a customer to them!
