Terrible. Do not do business with this apathetic bank. We're a local small business, they have no concern about your business. You will be inconveniencing them, so take your business elsewhere. They are so bad, that I will be taking extra time (they wasted enough), but the pure apathy can't be allowed to continue. This bank won't stay in business with their current practices.

Do you, your company, and your sanity a favor and DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. 0/5 Stars. Had to get my legal department involved, which is absurd. Run away, do not transact with this company in any way. Do not allow your business to be stunted by their inability to follow through on anything they say.

There is a danger with the hidden charges.
They charge you for making a change order for a business account. As of late they now charge for making cash deposits.

They can’t even keep up with the few services they do offer. Their online banking will tell you wrong password when it’s right, their online banking displays WRONG amounts and only shows selected transactions. Stay away from this “bank” if you can even call it a bank they are so bad.

Vectra Bank is one of the worst banks I have ever dealt with in my 60 years. Their actions have cost me money. A bank should never cost anyone money! Vectra equals total failure and frustration where none should exist.

Their system does not even easily connect with online accounts, so just another reason not to use Vectra.

As someone who has been with Vectra Bank of Colorado for over 20 years, I find it unacceptable to go without my Bank Debit Card for almost a month! Yes, it’s not their fault that my card number was compromised, but to have to wait this long for a card replacement is ridiculous! I have made at least 3 calls to the bankcard services number and each time I’m told the card has been sent. I know our mail service is slow, but a month? Hope the 4th time is the charm, but I’m not holding my breath…..
