It's beyond ridiculous how this "governmental" led platform works. No security, no privacy, no care whatsoever about the data of the incumbent. My data was stolen, shared, and God knows what after applying through this platform.
If you can't ensure the security of the data of the registered people and do not have serious companies and serious entities shared in your platform, better do not cheat people at all!!! Serious issues
I have very very bad experience with VDAB. I received a fellowship which can improve my training and practice to find long term work in Belgium. the RVA told me, they will accept if I do the fellowship but I need the permission from VDAB. They rejected the exemption I asked for, with non-convincing reasons. I feel so depressed. I lost the opportunity because of VDAB. The reason I applied for the exemption is because my fellowship is unpaid and I still need the unemployment benefits from the HVW. VDAB also does not appreciate or put efforts to understand over qualified scholars, meanwhile I feel that being over qualified is a big problem here. Their decisions always take long time to be issued. I am extremely disappointed.
Had a meeting with them, they can't help me nor willing to help. Tried to find training course, first they say it is free, after a while he said I need to pay. Plus they work so slow. Not helpful at all.
