We (Vagsmart AB) is the Swedish distributor of VCDS. I cannot find your name in our customer database which leads me to believe that you have purchased a Ross-Tech interface (VCDS) from another international distributor. I would therefore suggest that you contact the distributor that sold you the interface to make your complaint.
I would also kindly like to ask you to remove your 1 star review since we (Vagsmart AB) are not the ones that have made you disappointed with your purchase. We take great pride in providing correct information to our Swedish customers before a potential purchase.
