A Happy VCCS Customer!

I've been a VCCS client for 7 years and have never had a second thought. Just last week the lids of the green containers were left open after the garbage truck came. Then I could see right away the difference between my container that is regularly washed and the other containers on my street that have so much grime built up, they look and smell disgusting. Before VCCS I would wash my own container occasionally, what a job and I find the annual price of VCCS is well worth service!

Wat fijn om te horen dat u al 7 jaar tevreden bent met onze service en het verschil merkt met andere containers op uw straat. Het is inderdaad een groot verschil dat uw container regelmatig wordt gereinigd, zeker vergeleken met zelf wassen! Goed om te horen dat u de jaarlijkse prijs het zeker waard vindt.

We blijven ons best doen om uw container netjes en fris te houden. 😊

The cleaning is not reliable

The cleaning is not reliable. At least 1/4 times they don't come to clean the bin, and they always "investigate" situation but don't always compensate their lack of service.

Wat vervelend om te lezen dat u onze service als onbetrouwbaar ervaart. Dat is uiteraard niet de bedoeling. Wanneer een reiniging niet plaatsvindt, hoort dat goed onderzocht en correct opgelost te worden – inclusief een passende compensatie als dat nodig is.

We nemen dit signaal serieus. We kijken graag specifiek met u mee wat er in uw situatie is gebeurd en waarom u het gevoel heeft dat dit niet goed is afgehandeld. Als u contact met ons opneemt met uw gegevens, zorgen wij dat dit zorgvuldig wordt nagekeken en waar nodig rechtgezet.

Service is just terrible

Service is just terrible. Either awful cleaning or not even cleaned at all. Total waste of money and do not fall into this trap, like I did. Once you write to them, they just put generic answer.

Total scam

Total scam - they have been reported to the authorities.
Only one cleanup done out of the 10 planned. Many emails and calls after, no improvement so I wanted a refund. Of course, they will not give the money back. STAY AWAY!

Wat vervelend om dit te horen. Ik had dit graag met u willen oplossen. Bij 2 van de 8 reinigingen hebben wij een melding van u ontvangen. Wij wilde graag iemand sturen om dit op locatie uit te zoeken en op te lossen maar kregen helaas geen gehoor. Bij de volgende reinigingen hebben wij zoals aangegeven controles ingezet om dit uit te zoeken!

All good. Sometimes the container (GFT) could be cleaner, but most of the time it is fine. Communication is easy.

I have a label on the door

I have a label on the door, which refuses the salesman. But it seems VCCS’ workers never know how to read. They keep selling their services. I said I’ve heard a lot of bad experiences about their company. They still kept asking me about the details, and started to say my trash bin was smelly and so on…never seen so rude and aggressive salespeople.

Scam, take your money and disappear.

Scam. Stay away. They take money and never cleans it. When you ask for refund, you don't get money back. I registered for there service in Nov, 23. Bins are never cleaned, I tried to reach out many times, but no positive response.

Really Bad Job

Very bad cleaning or can even say not even cleaned, just for the name sake they do it but its total waste of money do not fall into this trap, total scam. I reported the incident to them and they have such a cold response not even taking the accountability.
