My account verification declined and account closed without reason. Passport and council bill were provided to them. Presume verification declined either based on my occupation (finance) or salary bracket (upper mid tier) not meeting their requirements for losing gamblers. These gambling regulations are clearly a measure for bookmakers to identify and reap the profits of the most vulnerable using customer profiling. I have submitted a GDPR request for deletion of data and will report to the GDPR commissioner if this is not complied with; urge others to do the same

Didn't pass electronic account verification. No reason given as they said they were unable to tell them. Then closed account before even opening it. I find this selective, racist and discriminating. The take peoples person data as well, are they using this for other purposes?
I have complained to the ombudsman about them. Given their attitude towards customers I sincerely hope they go Bankrupt! I think they are very likely to as well!

Failed the verification stage and permanently banned despite having only filled out a form with my name and address! No option to send in documents either and zero explanation given. Not usually one to write reviews but this is the worst I've ever experienced and felt the need to warn others.

Apparently I failed verification checks at registration stage, no explanation given, no option to send proof documents even thou they sent me an email saying they may need them, tried to reply to email and returned by postmaster, spoke to their live chat, apparently that email address is supposed to work, but obviously it doesn't, clearly the website is a shambles! and not fit for purpose and they don't know what they are doing.

Signed up, went to deposit, couldnt deposit, got in touch via Live Chat and was advised I failed "Verification Checks" although I only just signed up and never provided them with any ID documents. Never had an account with them before. AVOID

I would give 0 stars if I could. I’m going to give an honest review. The website is nice and attractive, but the deposits are very laggy and can take up to 5 minutes to show in your balance. The slot games have a habit of crashing, which can be very annoying. The win ratio is terrible. You can spin and spin and spin and you’ll be lucky to win anything. Now, the verification process? Absolute shambles. I have no issues with this process on other websites, but VBet make it extremely difficult by asking for so much and then rejecting what you have submitted with silly excuses. Avoid this site at all costs, because even if a miracle happens and you do win some money, I can bet they will do everything they can to stop you taking it out.
