Ask to speak to a licensed lawyer or CICC consultant directly- don't let them be the broken telephone between you and your representative. These people have no license to represent anyone for Canadian immigration. If they claim that they have a representative then ask to speak to the representative directly. Confirm that person's identity and Canadian license number first.
