Bad and unacceptable service. The terminal Z17 Lite has a start problem, not finding Wi-Fi networks and being blocked. Vayava knows that problem of the model, does not notify the clients or deliver, together with the device, a technical solution. After the delivery of the phone and its lack of operation, Vayava does not respond to the emails. Unacceptable experience.
