I wish I could give -5 stars to the service and satisfaction I have received. Alot to be said about their customer service. After making a mistake with month I received absolutely horrible support. They can cancel your ticket BUT NO REFUND. and changing the date isn't even an option. Yet online chat is available? For what ?I offered to pay same amount again as what I had paid for my tickets [3]. Absolutely scamming people like a pyramid scheme. Please stay away and don't get decieved by fraudsters.
It will certainly end up European consumers Court.

I booked a flight with seats and…
I booked a flight with seats and baggage. Three days before the flight I was told the seats did not go through and we’d receive a refund which we did. Then I checked in online and the booking said I did not have baggage included. I used the app assistance to speak to a customer service adviser and I got no where, as it kept refreshing and going back to the beginning. I emailed them 23 hours before my flight departed and they returned my query 24 hours after I landed. Disappointing customer service

Worst ever booking experience ever
Worst ever booking experience ever. Booked a turkish airline flight. Had a small correction in the name. Vayama wouldnt help to change it even though there was a clear option to do so in the official webisite. I had to send email after emails to turkish airlines to get this changed. After I did change it they send the new ticket to vayamas contact details. And again vayama was refusing to send me the new ticket saying they cannot do it. There is no option to do it.
I highly recommend avoid using vayama
