Vax pet carpet cleaner. Delivery was good, product absolute rubbish. Ruined my carpet. Had to pay for a new carpet in the end. Customer service wanted me to fill in this form for them to investigate, I give up in the end and cut my losses

After much confusion trying to register the warranty i contacted customer services an agent called Stephanie came to my rescue as i had said the model and serial numbers on the head unit were different to the ones on the box and vax website didn't recognise the product it was at this point I was pointed in the direction of the numbers required. As a note to vax it might be helpful to put in the booklet when registering use the numbers located on the label behind the dust collection cylinder not the head unit.

Very happy with the help I got to day from vax my pre treatment wand stopped working and they have kindly sent me a new one thank you vax.

Ordered and delivered next day as said, great asest to a dog friendly house.

A good experience.

Bought a Vax platinum platinum smart design pet carpet cleaner and the front fell off the first time I used it, rendering it unusable. It took 40 minutes to get through to Customer Services who then only offered to send a new part, not a new machine, and when I asked for a refund they make you follow a ridiculously convoluted process of sending you a letter with a label and you then have to arrange your own return. Utterly useless. Avoid.

Excellent customer service. My warranty had expired by 11 days but Vax still honoured a part I needed. Upon delivery there was a picking error, the replacement part was delivered the next day as well as a free bottle of detergent for the error. I highly recommend this company not just for the products but also their outstanding customer service.

Found it very easy to use. Lighter than previous Vax cordless. Like the bright light on brush head, lights up floor very well. Disappointed that that that light only works with brush running so not able to light hard floor under sofa and cabinets.

Very easy to order and delivered the next day. Very pleased with the cleaner too does the job perfectly. Highly Recommended

Vax is a very good company and very trustworthy. I was pleased with the carpet cleaner and it brings my carpets looking like new.
I have tried other cleaners and they were not able to clean the carpets properly. The cleaner was delivered very quickly and I used it straight away.
