The Vat19 team has no idea what this trip meant to us. Our grandson Michael has been a fan forever. Grandpa is dealing with "C" and it was his gift to bring Michael here. We drove 6 hours one way. I'm happy to say Vat19 exceeded our expectations. Soooo happy we got to do this with him! ❤❤

The tour was awesome! We had a great time! This was a very exciting experience for my 10-year-old daughter and I. We really enjoy the YouTube channel, and are huge fans. It was so fun to shop the warehouse, we bought Pop It Pal, Sour Pickle Balls, and Lil’ Nitro. Also, it was very interesting to see the sets you see in the videos. The entire crew was very friendly, kind, and gracious enough to let her take selfies with them. You made her year!🧡

Our tour guide was amazing, and the vat19 warehouse and studio was amazing. There is soooo much to see it will definatly take several more trips to see everything, and then still probably not see it all. The shopping was really fun as well, and the kids liked signing the wall, and spinning the wheel at the end! You all do an amazing job in your videos, and are very kind people in person, thanks so much for giving us a tour and a glimps into a day of work for you all.. simply AMAZING!!!

the deals for most items are great others are good but none of the items have bad deals.

Excellent to see the kids excited. Staff was super friendly. Everyone who does the tour should be able to spin the wheel, not just children. Not everyone has children.

The tour was awesome, both fun and interesting; everyone was great, really nice and happy to take time to visit with all of us; and the kids LOOOOVED getting to shop in the warehouse for some of the treasures they have seen online!

My son had a blast! Took him on his 2nd tour of vat19 for his birthday, the people there are great.

All of the Vat19 products I have purchased are great and arrive very quickly! I recently bought the Box of Happy Accidents for $17 and received around $60 worth of items! The only reason is because some of the products had damaged packing, but even then some of the other items had no visible damage at all on the product itself OR the packaging. I also went to the Vat19 tour which was great both times I went. So, in conclusion, Vat19 is a great website which I recommend to everyone.

I ordered one 7ft Gummy Party Python and the ordered was rejected by my credit card for being a suspicious online order. I approved it with my credit card and went back to the website to complete the order. The cart was empty so I proceeded to walk through the steps to buy the python. At the end the cart had 2 for quantity so I changed it back to 1 quantity and completed my purchase. I didn’t realize until too late that I was charged over $300 for 2 Pythons and they already shipped. I emailed customer service about sending one back immediately before ever being opened. I was given approval to send back but it will cost me $40 in shipping and then Vat19 policy says they will deduct shipping from my refund. Since this mistake was of no fault of either parties Vat19 has agreed to split shipping cost with me which is amazing! Thank you! I was really stressing over the loss of extra money lost so this is helpful! The Python is amazing!

We purchased 2 mystery boxes for our kids for Christmas this year. We are located in Australia so the shipping was a killer but the kids really really wanted them. I'm disappointed in the products provided. It feels like you've just put the stuff in the boxes that don't sell well, mostly consumable food items. You have some really fun stuff on your website but I feel you've really missed the mark on these boxes. Even the packaging was a let down, just a plain brown box without a Vat19 in sight which for a young kid is half of the excitement, knowing that they've received a VAT19 Mystery Box.
