Absolutely poor customer service. My order has not been delivered for almost a month and I have to remind them on each step of shipping to forward it from a warehouse. It was stuck in Delhi for 22 days and for 5 days in uk warehouse. I had to remind them multiple times to follow up. When reminded they will make false statements saying it will be delivered in 48 hrs whereas when you track it hasn’t even reached usa. Do not buy from this website.

Very poor quality of the product ( Vastu pyramid ), the price value and the fotos does not correspond at all. Non responsive customer care email, they simply ignore the emails. The reviews provided on their site seem to be fake as there’s no any way for real customers to leave their true reviews. The repetitive pop ups with the products bought in various locations seem just to attract an inexperienced buyers from abroad. The enterprise was created recently and they make an advantage of not yet getting sallied reputation by selling their cheap products on international prices. They promise a careful packing but in fact the product was just rolled in plastic foil and the item was damaged during transportation. There’s no refund policy as they state that spiritual items cannot be returned due to energetic influence.
