Time for the order to be prepared. Ordered Sunday shipped wendsday got it on Monday. Poor packaging job most of the vape boxes are damaged.Ordered from provapes on wendsday night had it in my mailbox on Saturday

They're awesome..one of the vapes i ordered were put of stock... instead of just sending the part of my order that they had in stock and just not worrying about the other...someone got in touch with me and checked what I would like to replace it with..that is awesome when I would have to make a second order and pay shipping again..love just being able to just go to my mailbox and get my vape instead of the vape store..where who knows what youre really getting..or how old the product is..Great customer service!!

I’m the type of person that enjoys getting stuff for free or discount or anything and I was supposed to be given $10 off my first order, but the code did not work. I tried it for the first three orders, but it would not work. The code was like VIP 10 or something like that. Aside from that my experience has been pretty positive shipping takes longer than I’d like.

I have order twice now through your company. Both times it was very easy to place my order. The second time I ordered one of the items were not available so I received a text message asking if i wanted a refund or a different product. I really appreciated the option to pick another product.
