Vanilla Etc Ltd Reviews

All I can say is excellent, got my order quickly, everything was well packed, I made a mistake about P&P and Graham sent me some free vanilla pods.
I would recommend Graham to anyone, and I will be getting all of my vanilla items from Graham.
Thank You Graham.

I found this company via Google. I was looking for genuine Vanilla products at a reasonable price and the free delivery was a bonus. The order arrived very quickly and was well packed. As the Vanilla was for my daughter, I do not think she will have used it yet but she was pleased to receive it and no doubt I will be re-ordering for her in due course.

Great product, much better quality and cheaper than the shops this won't be the last time I use this site and have already recommended it to 2 friends and even a stranger in the supermarket

this is the first time ive used vanilla ect but i could not believe the outstanding service and exellent value for money.
i was kept informed about my order from picking to dispatch and the delivery was fast
all in all a brilliant service and i will definately use again
thanks

I'll never hesitate in front of one over-priced vanilla pod again; this is the way to buy. Choice, value, fast service and an excellent website. Will recommend it to everyone.

Very pleased with service I received. Received my products the next day, beautifully wrapped in tissue paper! Happy customer.

I was extremely happy with my transaction, can not fault graham or his vanilla beans. I am a commercial user and have dealt with many vanilla traders and vanilla etc would be my first recommendation to anyone.

Not the usual dried up extortionate pods you buy in the supermarket.
These are plump, moist and such great value for money. Delivered in no time.
Would most certainly recommend.

My vanilla pods arrived in record time and are delicious in my cakes and puddings..
I asked some questions and they were answered very quickly, with great tips...

The vanilla pods were very reasonable and a first class product. They look good and taste superb. They are packaged extremely well and the delivery was very prompt, literally next day service. I would have no hesitation in recommending the product or Vanillaetc to my friends and family.

i placed my other for vanilla, it smells great when i received it, and was delivery on time, will shop here again

Received my order the next day beautifully packed and fabulous Vanilla Pods. What a wonderful smell when I opened the parcel. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

I have never found good quality vanilla in my local shops and have always resented the high prices charged. I don't know why it never occurred to me before to use the internet. A lovely product dispatched quickly and packaged stylishly. I used some straightaway. Will definitely use again and recommend to others.

Left things a little late and only ordered the vanilla pods on Friday not expecting them to arrive in time for the new year on Tuesday....but they did and they arrived on Monday by first class post in tip top condition.
I can highly recommend this company for a brilliant service and good quality goods.

Ordered expecting delivery after Xmas but came immediately was kept informed good quality low price - will use again

I cannot speak highly enough of this service and product. We received comformation the minute we ordered it, they kept us in touch with the dispatch. My husband was a chef so I was concerned about ordering but these fears were groundless. I cannot praise this product enough I have since we returned to England brought Vanilla pods from organic shops and to be honest they were rubbish, old, stale and hard. These pods were fresh, moist the way they should be. And the smell of the powder divine. My husband uses it in his pastry and it is the smell of Christmas I so remember.

Thank you for sending my purchased items so quickly and so well packaged - have not used the vanilla pods yet so cannot comment on the quailty, but the smell is great!
