Super service delivery arrived earlier…

Super service delivery arrived earlier than final delivery date and local supplier delivered. Only downside would be that contact was only made on the day of delivery with no notice to arrange someone to be home.

Good delivery speed and best price

I was very pleased with the speed of the delivery - it was actually over a week before the 'deliver by' date - and the price was the lowest.
I was a bit disappointed that, although promised a text the day before delivery, no notification was received. I needed this to unlock the tank cap - I guess they must have forced it off and back on again!

Good price

Good price with quick promised delivery, which actually arrived earlier than scheduled. Because it was a few days earlier the ordered amount could not be added into tank & refund was speedily applied without sillyness.

Need to work on their communication!

Entered in two boxes to call day before delivery for access, however twice I received on the day emails saying oil would be delivered today, only to dash home to find it did not arrive, when I called to say why was just told the run had been rescheduled but without letting me know! In the day it did arrive was not given any notice at all, luckily I was in!!! Good prices but customer service needs attention!

Best value around

Cheapest oil price found even locally.
Delivered by Scott's from Coleraine which is approximately 55 miles away and still managed to beat local prices.
5 stars for an excellent service.
I will most definitely use again
