Although can earn good rewards too many surveys will not complete despite saying a good match, fairly frequently can spend many minutes completing survey only to be dismissed without reward, when this happens customer service very good an making good the credit.

started off well, cashed out within first few days a tesco voucher. but since ive done that i have managed to get up to £5.90, but im not right for anymore surveyrs, must have over £10 to cash out, also very time consuming.

Banned for the usual pathetic excuses! And they stole my balance! Avoid at all costs.

Enjoy doing surveys, but dont always have time to do daily, so daily emails a little overwhelming.

Valued Opinions is a way to earn a few extra quid by taking surveys, sent by email. Not perfect, but honest: if a survey goes wrong, the Team answer your question very quickly and add the money you should have received to your account. The surveys can be repetitive but are interesting and you can normally find at least one to complete. A good site!

Had a problem with finishing a survey. Contacted them and next day it was sorted and payment was made in full. Love ding these surveys never had any problems

As others have said, this site has gone downhill recently. Very poor rewards, screening process can take ages then to be told you don’t qualify, long surveys for very low rewards, and many technical issues. Been doing surveys for many years, but have now had enough and have signed up with other better companies

Customer service is really helpful. Any problems you may, sorted the next day. Interesting surveys, and a good deal of choice. They are an honest trustworthy company. Will certainly not sign up to others.

I wrote a good review last week saying they sorted out the problem of me not getting any email from them then i do a survey for 20 minutes and don't get paid i complain they keep me waiting i send 2 more emails and finally have a reply today saying i did not answer the survey properly i rushed it which is not true i do alot of surveys i don't have a problem so i think it is an excuse so i would not recommend them waste of time.

A simple and straightforward, easy to use survey website. The rewards are usually proportionate to the length of the survey taken and are mostly enjoyable to complete.

Good and easy to use website. You can make money but your not going to be able to give up work. Definitely NOT a scam, I've redeemed £75 in Amazon Vouchers. Knocked off one star as have had a minor problem with goal rewards not automatically registering ( this may be the company that provides the offers not Valued Opinions) and I've had to contact Customer Service to get the owed rewards

A good way to earn a few pennies and you get fab support

I have been with Valued Opinions for over twenty years and their customer service and reward offers have reached an all time low. As an example, they prompt you to complete a 5min survey for 20p but once into the survey you are informed it will take 20mins! To add insult to injury if you complete the survey it will tell you at the end it is closed/not a good fit or some other reason to justify non payment!I

They have now, without reason or justification suspended my account. I have asked for clarification as to why, but the response is due to 'Client Confidentially' they are unable to say why! I fail to see that if they show me an example of the question asked and the alleged spurious answer I have given could breach this relationship as it would be so generic that the relevant company would be unidentifiable.

Conveniently too they retain whatever funds that you have accrued with them!

In closing this feedback, I say if you are so desperate to earn (an unguaranteed) 60p an hour with the added risk of being suspended for no genuine reason and loosing accumulated earnings, then this is the company for you, my advice is to stay well clear, or cash out now and take you business elsewhere to where is will truly be valued.

I needed to contact customer service recently as having completed three surveys it then screened me out on the last page. The issue was resolved in a satisfactory manner. The issue was looked into and resolved promptly.

I look for these surveys daily and try to complete them early before other people complete them. i am very aware that they go off screen very quickly. I am happy completing these as they are easy to follow and relate to my values.

There are many survey companies out there but I have found Valued Opinions to be one of the best, if not The Best of them all. I have always received a good selection of surveys to complete, and unlike many companies that send out a survey request only for you find your not suitable for some reason, Valued Opinions tends to keep that to a bare minimum.
There are good rewards offered for accurate and realistic completion of surveys, with extra bonus's added from time to time. I have been a member here now for many years and can highly recommend there service and security of their systems.

Really interesting learn thing and give my opinion on this site is easy to deal with and give new surveys everyday but don't force you to do them glad I joined.
