Receptionist need more training and…
Receptionist need more training and communication with people on the phone ! I asked if my dog could get meds for his pain on his skin I had the money for that but I could not go into vets as I had covid she then told me to borrow money to bring my dog in and basically my dog was to suffer am absolutely fuming and told her she had pissed me off and hung up the phone

My first order was not delivered by UPS to…
My first order was delivered by UPS to the wrong address i suppose since they reported it had been delivered. I called valley vet customer service explained what occurred so they could start an investigation with the tracking number. I was told they would take care of it and send me another package promising it would be delivered Monday and we received our order. Thank you
