Never again!

Do not order from them even if it means saving a bit of money!

1) 5 May I ordered a softboard and received an email the following day that the payment had been made.
2) The following day I received a new email saying that the board being prepared for delivery, and the same day only later, that the board was not in stock with the shop but in stock with the supplier, and I should find something else on their site or ask for a refund.
3) I called to hear, if, and when the board would arrive. They said next week, so replied the above mentioned email saying I would like to wait a week, and receive the board I first ordered - they never answered...
4) the following week, I called, they said they still didn't get the soft, and when they did, it wouldn't be in the colour I wanted. I explained that the colour was unimportant. They said they would contact me as soon as it arrived, and if I could not wait any longer, I should call and I would be refunded.
5) I randomly check their home page to see if maybe another size is in stock (in the shop!), and it turns out, that the one I first ordered is...
6) I call the shop, I am told that it's the wrong colour, I tell them AGAIN, that the colour is unimportant, she checks my address and phone number, and apparently sends the board. 8 days later I still didn't receive it.
7) I call the shop 8 days later, they tell me I was sent an email saying I could be refunded. I explain the whole thing, they say the need to figure it out cause it says nowhere that a board was sent.
8) They call me back, and say that after the board was packed, the girl forgot who to send it to - it was still in the shop.
9) I ask for some kind of compensation for all the inconvenience I've been going through, but there's no such thing, but I can get a discount on the next item I'll buy with them (I say thank you, but I don't think so).
10) 27 May, the delivery guy does not call ahead, he calls as he is on the address, I tell him that I will be 10 min, he says he won't wait, hangs up, and doesn't answer the phone when I call. I run like a mad person, catches him before he leaves, he practically throws the package at me (it could not have been a softboard), and tries to drive off. I tell him I have to check the state of the board since I have received an email telling me to do so. He is super rude, talks very badly to me, and leaves me completely speechless as he drives away.
11) The board is fine, but I haven't signed for anything. Half an hour later, I receive a message from the delivery company saying, that my package has not been delivered.

Never again!
